The family didn't speak any English, but still managed to communicate with us and make sure we got everything I needed. They came to pick us up at the bus stop and drove us back there at our departure. They helped us get the tickets (we didn't have a Chinese phone number so we couldn't get them on WeChat). The food in their family restaurant was great and you can find some cheap dishes. They gave us free water bottles with every meal. They let us leave our luggage after our checkout. They looked like a very warm and happy family. The place was beautiful and very comfortable. Perfect to see the Maji mountain. Thank you for your hospitality.

The train station basement had no internet connection so I was not able to get DiDi.  Not only did I overpay even after negotiating, but the driver spent the beginning part of the trip texting and I had to swing my arm across him as we were about to rear end another car.  20 minutes later arrival at Maiji Shan park entrance. The friendly owner was already there and immediately helped me with my bags.  A few minute drive to the expansive farmhouse.  I asked for a bowl of noodles which was hot and delicious provided by a grandmother woman. Chinese farm Breakfast was plentiful.  I used the heat as the mountains got cold quickly when the sun dropped.  The immaculate room was large with two double beds, a tv and desk.  The bathroom had integrated toilet and shower so it is wet.  Plenty of hot water tho the turn on was a matter of button pressing.  I learned something new!  Toiletries and paper towels (another first) were provided.  The owner took me to Maiji Shan.  Sadly, it was closed; rain had made rocks fall making it dangerous to climb the stairs. Nevertheless, I took some photos.  I tried to walk back (beautiful fall day), but the owner met me along the wayThe owner and I communicated via WeChat translator.  DIdi was not available and as we started for the train station the bus came behind us.  So the owner put me on it and I wrote via the app.  The bus drives very slowly but I got to the station to run back and forth with my bags, then going to a different floor to get a paper ticket, then back to the waiting area, thru the gate, up the stairs, and finally to my sleeper car.  Outside of asking me for my passport and various tickets about 10 times no personnel was particularly helpful tho I was noisily wheezing.  As I was getting off, Another passenger grabbed my bags and ran down the stairs with them and then went back to the train.  Probably someone in the medical field!  Platform smoking and between cars smoking can affect some people.

一起的定了兩間房,到了之後比預期的好很多，民宿在景區裏面，提前給老闆打電話老闆會出來接我們，然後帶我們去民宿，第二天早上吃完早餐老闆會開車把我們送進景區遊玩,遊玩結束再把我們接回來！服務真的是到位啊！再説説房間，老闆説去年國慶過了之後裝修了一遍，廁所也能成乾濕分離了，説為了客人住的更舒心！所以也就比周遍民宿住宿條件好很多！而且在老闆跟前買票便宜哦！總之很推薦！有機會來還住這裏！

This new hotel was a wonderful place to stay. The new facilities were clean and tidy. The bedroom was temperature controlled, which was great in the cold winter. I especially liked the little table area to relax next to the bed. In the lobby, there were also free password locked luggage storage units that are convenient if you need somewhere to store your luggage for a few hours after check out. As well as that, I was surprised to find the washing machine and dryer in the lobby were also free for use. I communicated with staff in Chinese (I didn't even try to use English) and they were always happy to help. I think I would have, however, appreciated a little more information on check in as I only realized as I was leaving that I hadn't taken advantage of the free breakfast...and didn't know how to access it.

四季春設施齊全環境安靜小院很美停車方便，離麥積山景區很近，走幾分鐘就到了省去了擺渡車的麻煩，老闆服務好，菜做的好吃，我們趕上老闆剛採摘回來的牛肝菌，並做的炒肉片超讚，我的車出了點問題老闆幫找來了修理師傅，很快給解決了沒有影響我們的行程，感謝老闆，也介紹給來麥積山石窟的朋友來四季春住，感受優質的服務和美麗的景色

住過很多民宿酒店，從來沒有一家像這家一樣讓我感到如此温暖。還沒到大姨就打電話，給我發具體的地址，讓我能直接打車到她們門口，告訴我怎麼訂票更好，因為到的比較晚又説到了提前打電話來接我。一到達先問我吃過晚飯沒，大叔自然接過行李幫我提到房間。房間跟描述的一模一樣，乾淨衞生，有小度智能助手，浴室乾濕分離，有一次性浴巾、面巾、馬桶墊。第二天去景區，主動幫我保管行李，告訴我登記可以退觀光車票，大叔來回接送，逛完景區後更是直接把我送到公交站，幫我叫住即將要開走的公交車，把行李提上公交車。我是一個人旅行，習慣了靠自己，這次在旅行途中遇到這麼好的大姨大叔，這麼舒適的住宿，讓我感到非常非常温暖，也讓我對這個城市多了一份好感。因為來去匆匆，沒來得及留下民宿的照片，所以寫下這些文字，告訴大家這家民宿很好，來旅遊的遊客可以放心選擇。

這次入住漢庭天水萬達廣場店直接封神！必須給滿五星好評！地理位置絕了，離高鐵站打車10分鐘直達，樓下就是萬達商圈，吃飯購物超方便，去伏羲廟、麥積山景區也很順路。前台服務熱情又高效，辦理入住秒速搞定，還貼心介紹周邊攻略，連細節需求都響應超快。房間乾淨得無可挑剔，床品柔軟親膚，金可兒床墊配零壓枕，加上雙層隔音窗，一夜好眠到天亮；乾濕分離的衞生間整潔清爽，熱水充足。免費洗衣房、設施齊全，早餐種類豐富，現煮麪條、新鮮水果一應俱全，性價比直接拉滿！不管是商務出差還是旅遊出行，都超合適，下次來天水一定還選這家！

It's a clean and comfortable village homestay in the mountain area. We had a good sleep before our early visit to Maiji Shan scenic spot. The owner and his wife are kind and pleasant. The owner himself picked us from the bus station, sent us and picked us up from the entrance to the scenic spot. And also to the bus station to catch a bus back to Maiji town. We had dinner at their courtyard and we enjoyed the food cooked by the boss himself. *Take bus#34 from Maiji town to Maiji Mt station. The boss will pick you up from there to his house.

I highly recommend the hotel!!! The hosts are very friendly and helpful, the breakfast is very good and the hotel is beautiful! There is a museum inside, it is definitely such an authentic and incredible experience! Moreover, the location of the hotel is very convenient only 5km to Majishan and next to other beautiful places on the mountains. We book a room with shared toilets, the room was very clean, the toilets so so but there is also private room if you want. A very good price / quality ratio Thank for the amazing stay and your kindness

This hotel was perfect for my needs. I was looking for a clean and convenient budget hotel not far from the long distance bus station and town centre. The staff were friendly and helpful, although as expected they didn't speak English (which is what I expected). I slept soundly, enjoyed the hot shower and had a good stay in Zhangjiachuan partly thanks to this hotel. Overall, it is typical of the older type of budget hotel I have stayed at in China.
