Only a couple of small issues - the basin wasn't draining properly, the cover stops water flow completely, has to be totally opened up to drain the water; toilet roll wasn't provided, only facial tissues; the sound insulation between rooms were bad, can often hear guests next door while they are on their phones.
Otherwise, it is a decent hotel."

"We got the room on the 31st floor. The view was very beautiful, it was fun to wake up like this in the morning. The apartment has a kitchen with a refrigerator and it was very convenient for us to cook and enjoy the food. "因為考試考點在這附近所以選了這家酒店，體驗感真的太好了，可以説是我住的所有酒店裡讓我覺得最舒服的一家了，服務真的太完美了，從還沒來就幫忙訂了考試需要的車，住的過程服務真的是太好了，所有工作人員態度都特別特別棒，本來考試有些壓抑的時候真的有被感動到，感覺真的有被非常用心的對待，有一種回家了的感覺。還有就是房間本身，設計的很合理，燈光佈局都很好，馬桶坐墊還是帶加熱的，主要是還很安靜，中午酒店和給提供了可以選購的餛飩麪條水餃非常方便。推薦推薦推薦推薦推薦！"

A newly constructed building. Very good quality homestay and seems very similar to a regular hotel. The owners are friendly and helpful. Central cooling, Beds are very comfortable and soft, Room as very spacious and included toileteries and housekeeping once every two days. Strongly recommend this. Its a straight line road of 1.2 kilometerd from Tgird beach. Alot of food options around the hotel with 24 hours open stores.

The owner is very kind. The place is super clean. The owner allows us to use his kitchen, and we prepare our own breakfast there without paying anything extra. I would recommend this place a thousand times and would love to stay here again if I visit this city again.

衞生狀況還不錯，房間很大，生活設施齊全，可以自己開火做飯。窗外是火車，有一個卧室可以看到海龍灣，衞生間乾濕沒有分離。服務基本等於零，我們找到登記處的時候，因為拿不準是不是這裏，剛試探着進門，裏面一位男士一邊往外走一邊很拽的語氣説我們這是海景房，難道我們很像住不起海景公寓的樣子嗎，真是生一肚子氣，我們衹好退出來，繼續詢問他們前台在哪裡，好在裏面兩個大姐還很和氣，熱情接待了我們。再説説入住，入住時我們兩個大人一個孩子帶了兩個行李箱，兩個大包，從接待的地方出來到公寓樓要拐過去走好遠，包括上下台階，接待的那位男士自始至終沒有任何給搭把手的意思，就這麼看着，頂多看我們大包小包跟不上他的步伐，站下來等我們跟上，省的我們跟丟了。服務評價給的兩分是給那兩位大姐的。

體驗感超級棒。前台小妹服務態度很好，房間免費升級。早餐乾淨衞生，特別好吃，工作人員態度好，親和，熱情，積極主動。
維修師傅也很好。我的背包帶扣環壞了，幫我修好了。
房間衞生乾淨，洗澡水很好。打掃房間大姐也很好，微笑服務。
這個酒店地理位置很好，出門就是火車站交通便利。
感謝所有工作人員的熱情服務，以後還會再來。

非常不錯的民宿。房間寬敞，乾淨，亮堂，設施新。 地點好找距離喬家墩子牌坊100米，距離第三浴場步行10分鐘，帶着孩子去海邊十分方便，周圍吃的也很多。晚上很安靜。 老闆人太好了，非常友善。 推薦大家住這裏。比海邊的民宿強太多了。

The shop owner is very friendly and speaks excellent English. The room's hygiene is commendable. And the shop provides us with a lot of conveniences. The surrounding environment is elegant and it's close to the sea. All recommendations it was pleasant stay!!!

我們提前跟老闆聯絡過晚上到，老闆給了民宿的定位。晚上到的民宿，因為我們搜錯民宿地址，老闆到公交站直接接我們了。所以不要憑印象搜地址，一定要從老闆分享的地址進入地圖導航。
來的時候火車站看到夕陽很漂亮，但晚上開始多雲，諮詢了老闆日照的天氣，果然第二天是沒有日出可以看。老闆還告訴我們往萬平口和海龍灣要怎麼走。
我們的房間在32樓的高層，左邊是萬平口，右邊是海龍灣，在沙發上可以直接看日出。懷着萬一呢的心態我們早早就醒了，坐在面海的小露台沙發上觀察日出的天氣，打算一看到雲層散開就下去燈塔去沙灘看日出。可惜雲層一直很厚，雖然是不成功的日出，但是也算是看了海上日出。謝謝老闆安排了高層的房間。
房間裏有電蒸鍋，非常適合做飯小白。日照的海鮮清蒸就已經很好吃了。菜刀，碗，碟，筷子都齊備，滿足自己下廚做海鮮的需要。
洗衣機有洗幹一體的功能，洗衣機乾衣功能特別好，5個小時已經乾爽可以重新穿上。
地理位置也很方便，很多路線的公交可以到民宿。附近早上6點多就有賣趕海用品的超市開門了。換上洞洞鞋一路逛萬平口的海水浴場，隔天浪高的時候觀浪也不會弄濕運動鞋。
日照爍海海景民宿適合自己想煮海鮮，自己可以調整分量，海鮮做法，連廚房小白也可以安全操作。民宿位置好，公共交通便利，附近有超市餐廳早晚營業。適合長途旅行需要換洗的客人。老闆也很及時熱情地提供了幫助。我們對民宿很滿意。

The Rooms were too small, Bathroom are not clean and have the mirror wall through outside person can have your image while bathing, No Amenities available towel, shampo, shower gel etc... Although it's in good location, most of the scenic spots are in the surroundings.
