My stay at this hotel was outstanding from beginning to end. The check-in process was smooth and welcoming, with staff who spoke excellent English and gave clear information about nearby attractions. The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable, with a bed that provided excellent sleep quality after a long day of travel. The location is perfect—close to public transportation, good restaurants, and several scenic spots within walking distance. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail in cleanliness and amenities (fresh towels, toiletries, bottled water daily). Breakfast offered a wide variety of both local and international options, and everything was fresh and well-prepared. Staff were always polite and quick to help, whether I needed directions or recommendations. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. It combines comfort, convenience, and great value, making the entire experience truly enjoyable. I would definitely return on my next trip.

The guesthouse is conveniently located for transporting luggage, very close to the East Entrance of the town (much closer than the West Entrance). It offers a wonderfully romantic and peaceful view overlooking the canal. The manager is extremely helpful and even provides free car transfers to take guests to explore West Scenic Area and bring them back. Mornings here are incredibly tranquil. If you wake up early, you can witness local residents going to the market, washing vegetables by the canal, and carrying out their everyday routines. If I have the chance, I will definitely return and stay here again.

Talo sijaitsee Huanhe-tiellä, lähellä Xizhan porttia, noin kilometrin kävelymatkan päässä. Yläkerrassa on kotimajoitus ja alakerrassa ravintola. Ruoka on todella hyvää ja hinta edullinen, avoinna klo 22 asti. Huoneestani on näköala kadulle, sänky on tilava ja todella siisti, ja siellä on kaikki tarvittavat varusteet. En osannut kiinaa, joten omistaja kommunikoi kanssani käännössovelluksen avulla. Hän ja hänen perheensä ovat todella avuliaita ja ystävällisiä. He auttoivat minua ostamaan lipun Xizhaan verojen välttämiseksi ja veivät minut ostamaan lahjoja (sain jonkin verran alennusta hahaa), ja ehdottivat minulle myös paikkoja, joissa kannattaa vierailla. Place is much older than picture. Not well maintained. Smoking in lobby. Pillow no good, sholders ache next morning. Room walls and door thin, 6am on sunday families running around and knocking each other's door. Towel provided is reusable, very thin... No lift but receptionist helped us carry our luggages up stairs. Elderly owner saw that my dad's legs was not good and offered us level 2 room instead. Swimming pool was drained dry. Homecooked breakfast. But when we requested for airport transfer, young receptionist told us its 60cny per pax but old guy (not sure if onwer) stopped him and told us (2 of us) it's 220cny for us. Not sure if it was an honest mistake but likely would not stay at this place again. Very run down but good service especially by elderly lady.

The hotel is located near the North Gate entrance of Wuzhen, which is a much more beautiful and peaceful entrance compared to the main gate. Since it’s outside the Wuzhen scenic area, it’s also a good option if you want to stroll around the nearby street at night, where there are many shops. The hotel is inexpensive for its quality and the view it offers. This was my favorite hotel of the trip, the staff were very helpful and they even provided a shuttle to the bus station

The location was great. It’s just a short walk to the west scenic area and there are plenty of restaurants along the street. Service was friendly and the complimentary stamp book was cool. My only complaint was the disposable bath towels. They aren’t very comfortable and aren’t very environmentally friendly.

Very nice hotel inside the ancient town. The only ”issue” is that we were not advised that we had to pay a fee for the entrance in the town.

Near zju haining campus gate around 1 km, nothing to see around hotel behind the hotel there is shaokao restaurant food . lady at the front office is kind but cannot speak english.
