Hotelli on hyvin lähellä Dagu jäätelö sisäänkäynti, vain 5 min ajo. Omistaja myös niin mukavaa auttaa meitä, kun saapuimme hotelliin hyvin myöhään yöllä. He auttoivat myös järjestää auton meille mennä Dagu Glacier ja jopa lähettää meidät Maoksin junaasema. Huone on hyvin iso ja mukava. Meillä oli todella miellyttävä oleskelu täällä. The hotel is nicely decorated and clean. We loved the big windows and view. Beds are comfortable and the owners are nice. It's located up a hill, and they don't have a restaurant, so if you don't have a car and want to eat dinner, it's difficult to walk back up. I booked this hotel because they have a room with a big hot tub. But it was a big disappointment. The water source for this tub is a kitchen type faucet, which does not work for a big tub. It took hours just to fill one-fourth of it, and water coming out was not hot enough. And even if it were hot enough, the hours that it will take to fill the tub would eventually make the water cold. It was too late that we realized this so we ended up not using it. There were a lot of things wrong with this tub. When you want to soak in a hot tub, it would only take a few minutes before the water turns cold, so you would want to drain some water, and refill with hot water several times. But clearly with the type of faucet they put there, that was impossible. Another thing, when we were eating our breakfast, the owner was smoking in the next table.

房間乾淨整潔，裝修也很有特色，房東阿姨特別熱情，在寒冷的夜晚給我們備上美味的火鍋，早上起來還送我們免費的早餐和酥油茶，也收到阿姨送我們潔白的哈達祝福我們平安健康快樂及旅途愉快！五顆星贊，推薦！

首先，5分好評必須送給熱情又善良的老闆！ 工作需要結果忘帶鼠標，幸好老闆二話不説幫忙解決，開心到飛起來！ 再來説房間，這家酒店是新開的，整個房間還是非常明亮乾淨的，而且隔音效果特別好！老闆連浴巾毛巾都是準備的一次性的，很贊！ 房間裏有空調，更重要的是竟然還有電熱毯，這對於冬天來黑水的朋友來説實在是太友好了。 打開窗户就能看到山，陽光灑滿房間很舒服。 總之，推薦大家來黑水看一看，也給我們熱情的老闆打打廣告，性價比還是非常非常高的！

The location was nice, it was easy to find and there were many restaurants nearby. We booked for 3 rooms with twin bed, once arrived the hotel, the receptionist greeted us with Thai word “Sawasdee krab” that was so kind and touched our mind. He provided us more information with Thai translation and made us more understanding. The room was clean, big size high ceiling and well prepared. There was electricity blankets provided so we all slept well and charged the energy for the next day. It was nice to have a chance to stay in this lovely hotel!!!

This place is a one of a kind stay, if you've never been to China, this stay will put you in awe. This stay is more if a homestay owned by families. Rich with ******* heritage and hospitality. We were quite surprised that they said to just go upstairs and choose any room we liked 🤣. We really enjoyed our stay although the amenities were quite lacking but just enough. At night we were asking the owner if there is any nearby convenience store to buy some snacks but all stores were closed at the time. But the very kind uncle (owner) invited us to walk with him to his friend's store in the village. The store was closed but he called his friend to open the shop just for us ♥️. Overall a once in a lifetime memorable experience. 👍

The room is very spacious, clean, and comfy. This is the only hotel I found during my entire trip that has a bidet. The thing I appreciate the most is the service. The staff there were extremely welcoming and warm; they even offered us fruits and candies. When the kettle had a problem, they delivered a new one along with a bunch of water bottles without us even asking for it. I truly appreciate everything about this hotel. When I left my belongings behind, they immediately contacted me through WeChat and offered to send my items via SF Express. Even until the very end, they continued to provide 100% service. I’ve never written such a long review before, but this time I felt it was totally worth it. I’ll definitely come back to this hotel if I visit 黑水 again.

Recommended hotel in Heishui with very kind and supportive reception staff. The rooms are exceptionally clean, and the location is close to Dagu Glacier.

I am Thai🇹🇭. I stayed in a room for three people for two days. The cleanliness was still not up to standard, and the bathroom had a slight smell. However, on December 30, 2024, it snowed at night. When I woke up and looked out the window, everything was covered in snow. It was incredibly beautiful, like a scene from a fairy tale. The free food provided was steamed buns, boiled eggs, and bland rice porridge, which were just okay. But don’t forget to ask for a WeChat taxi contact because taxis are very limited. Just in case there’s no car available for the return trip from Tagong.

The hotel was new, high-technology and the bed was good however it was not a comfortable stay. Light in front of the bathroom is sensor light so it was constantly on and off when you moving on the bed. Hotel doesn’t use real towel so you have to use the bath robe instead and it is smell of smoke. The hotel was overbooked so they decided to downgrade one of my room saying that I booked lower than the standard rate and my room should be downgraded. That’s made there are no spaces to open the luggage. The owner does not understand the fact that guest should get the room type that they booked no matter the price they paid.
