"This hotel is very close to Interlaken Ost train station, only about a 2-minute walk. There is a Coop supermarket right across the street and near the station, which is extremely convenient, especially for a solo traveler. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay. The hotel was quiet, clean, and spacious. The front desk staff were very friendly and always greeted me with a warm smile. Breakfast offered a good variety of options and was enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to solo travelers looking for a convenient and comfortable stay in Interlaken."

"Everything was great except for the checkin time was around 4pm in the evening. If you didnt check it before hand like me, you will be confused and dont know where to go because there will be no recieptionist to help you check in at the lodge and you have to go to another hotel nearby which is probably own by the same owner to store your belonging and checkin there"

"It is a hostel so you should expect what you paid for … over all the front staff Julian and Isabelle were the nicest, the lodge is just a doorsteps to the Grindelwald Terminal … there is a transport village bus card which the front desk will give you so that you can use this to go around the Main Village and just right around Grindelwald .. — the bad side, in mixed dorm the room is very tiny for 6beds it’s not really very comfortable specially when someone walking around with his boxer shorts 😞 … the facilities are pristine but they don’t provide towels in room you have to ask this in front desk - it’s the cheapest place in town but it’s the loveliest the bar grill is so relaxing while sipping with your ginger ale … the breakfast can’t complain it’s all delish with all those bowls of yogurt and freshly brewed coffee yum"

"The hotel has a good location with a nice view and is directly by the river. Parking is available with plenty of space, but it is charged per day. The hotel itself feels very old-fashioned. Late check-in was advertised as available 24 hours, but the promised email with the access code never arrived. After calling, someone answered immediately and helped us enter. At check-in, we also had to pay the tourism tax and parking fees. The room was very outdated and smelled poorly ventilated when we entered. The heating barely worked, was only lukewarm, and turned off completely during the night, making the room very cold. When we mentioned this at breakfast, the staff reacted in a dismissive way, stating that the room was not cold and saying “we are not in Africa, where it needs to be that warm.” This comment felt inappropriate and unprofessional, and after that reaction we did not feel comfortable raising further concerns. The room had a balcony with a nice mountain view, but the balcony was shared with other guests, which was not mentioned in advance. The bathroom was private and had a bathtub with a shower, but it was very outdated. Hot water was available, however the shower curtain had an unpleasant smell. Breakfast was provided with limited selection, which we were aware of beforehand. The breakfast room itself was fine, but the staff generally appeared grumpy and very loud, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere. Check-out was easy and uncomplicated. The hotel is relatively inexpensive compared to others, but this does not justify the outdated condition or the way guests are treated. With better service and some renovation, the hotel could be much more pleasant."

"My first time for hear. Location is near the lake, it is good if you have car. Staffs are so friendly. Breakfast is good. Bath and bed are clean and comfort. I recommend here."

"房間非常滿意，訂了頂樓的三人間一人一張床，還帶有廚房配備很齊全，還有一個小冰箱。Vlad很熱心，我們提前商量存放行李去first 山，對於我們來説很方便。酒店的窗户能直接看到對面的雪山，天氣好早上出門景色更好。而且他給我們提供了很多遊玩攻略，相對於小紅書上推薦的體驗感很好。總的來説，Vlad是個很好的人，是下一次去還會預訂的酒店。"

"旅館位於Interlaken West，從火車站行數分鐘便到達！沿途及附近，商店、食肆林立，COOP超市當然梗有一間😂 雖然住的是洗手間浴室共用，但行出房間只需幾步便到，且乾淨衛生！ 入住前已收到旅館發出確認的email ，可預先網上check in，簡化入住流程👍🏻入住時雖錯過了櫃枱當值服務時間，但有email通知，房間鎖匙、交通卡，Wi Fi密碼放在那！ 雖然沒有正式同職員交流過，但每次相遇時，他們總是滿面笑容、點頭打招呼的！ 之前確有擔心過房間位於餐廳上，會很嘈吵或有煮食味道，但入住時完全不感到啊！"

"Absolutely loved this place! It’s an old building, but everything is very clean and well-maintained. The atmosphere is super cozy, It’s located slightly away from the typical tourist areas, which makes it peaceful and quiet, but still close enough to get anywhere easily. The town itself is calm and very pleasant to stay in, perfect for spending a whole day just relaxing in the courtyard without going anywhere. It’s also very accessible from Interlaken or Spiez — just a short 15-minute bus ride. Even though the bus only comes once an hour, it’s easy to manage if you check the schedule. Highly recommend this peaceful and charming stay!"
