"Sorry it took me awhile to give my review as I just returned home. We are so grateful to Hey Hotel for saving our holiday in Switzerland! We had originally booked an Airbnb (to experience stay in a house) near the interlaken west train station. Upon checking in, to our horror, the flat is so disgustingly dirty and smelled rotten. Not only that, there was roadwork in front and the security to the unit is also lacking. We immediately booked our remaining stay at Hey and our trip was saved! The service staff, a bespectacled gentleman, gave us a free check-in early in the morning and upgraded us to the best room for 4 — no qn asked! We have clean room and best view. The breakfast has amazingly good spread. And at a much cheaper rate than the Airbnb which offered nothing but burnt spice, dirty broken toilet and sticky, greasy flooring."

"This hotel is very close to Interlaken Ost train station, only about a 2-minute walk. There is a Coop supermarket right across the street and near the station, which is extremely convenient, especially for a solo traveler. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay. The hotel was quiet, clean, and spacious. The front desk staff were very friendly and always greeted me with a warm smile. Breakfast offered a good variety of options and was enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to solo travelers looking for a convenient and comfortable stay in Interlaken."

"Hotel receptionist was friendly and helpful! The hotel room was spacious, clean and comfortable with 2 sinks ! The room service was great! It was always kept up to date and cleaned! I would definitely recommend, it’s 10 mins walk away from the Interlaken OST, coop supermarket, 10 minutes walk from Interlaken central cut across to eatery places (like Chinese, Indian, western cuisine, and even macdonalds ) ! Hotel view was wonderful too!"

"Hotel Victoria Lauberhorn Wengen, a Faern Collection Hotel, is a wonderful place to stay in the heart of Switzerland’s breathtaking nature. The location is simply stunning — peaceful, fresh mountain air, and a true alpine atmosphere that makes your stay unforgettable. The room was very comfortable, clean, and equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. You can feel the attention to detail throughout the hotel: comfortable beds, quality linens, a good shower, and a cozy interior. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the staff is friendly and always ready to help. What stands out the most is the excellent value for money. For this level of comfort, service, and such an amazing location, the hotel is truly impressive. Ski lifts, hiking routes, and local restaurants are all within walking distance, making it a perfect base for exploring the area. I highly recommend Hotel Victoria Lauberhorn to anyone who wants to enjoy the beauty of the Swiss Alps and have a comfortable, memorable stay."

"Location is good, just 1 min walk to the station from hotel, and coop supermarket nearby, many restaurants around. Just don’t expect any services and aware there will be few steps front of hotel and if you need to store luggage before/after check in. Also, no expectation for the breakfast, that some simple one."

"Very nice design hotel, new and spacious, but what it’s lacking is the warmness of the staff. Only the new girl working there is pretty nice, the rest of the staff has lukewarm attitude. The first room I got was nice, they gave me a double bed instead of a single bed that I booked but upon enter, there was a pair of socks hanging on the toilet door. Called the housekeeping and they removed it but also realised the room is very hot, but AC is not adjustable as it is centralised. So they gave me a fan instead. Later at night I also realised it was pretty noisy as the alfresco of the restaurant is right beneath my room. And then the toilet shower is broken. I tried calling the reception and housekeeping at 9-10pm but nobody pick up which I assumed it’s probably not 24hrs service. I bear with the broken shower. Next day morning I asked to change the room to quieter one but I need to get all my stuff out by 11am which I did. I went to the reception and told them about the broken shower, with no apologies, the guy just say ya ya, that’s an easy fix. I’m still glad they changed the room for me. But like I say still hope for a better service with the money I paid. Also not enough hanging area in the bathroom, especially when the first room I got… no hanging area at all, so can’t hang towel or clothes."

"Very lovely hotel. I like the idea that it combines an elderly home together with a Hotel. Location is great, right next to the bus stop. Room is spacious and clean, its worth every penny i paid for"

"Luxury personalized !! Right outside the train station, excellent service and delicious food, Sauna n steam facilities, massive room and bathroom with all the immunities slippers, bathrobe, etc  View is a 10 on 10 all three sides. It’s a paradise to look out of the window when you get up in the morning, I shall be staying at this place if I ever return to Grindelwald."

"The hotel is very beautiful and extremely clean. The service is excellent, and the breakfast is very good. The only thing to keep in mind is that it’s about a 9-minute walk uphill from the nearest bus stop when going to the hotel, which can be a bit tiring. However, when going back to the bus stop, it’s much easier since it’s downhill. The bathroom is a bit small, but overall it’s good and functional. The view is absolutely amazing, and the room is decent and comfortable for a hotel in this price range."
