"Tämän hotellin 4 tähden luokitus on ehdottomasti perusteeton. Kroatiaa puhuva vastaanottovirkailija oli erittäin ystävällinen ja avulias, ja hän ansaitsee kaikki kiitokset. Huone on kaunis, aivan kuten kuvissa. Huoneessa ei kuitenkaan ollut tarpeeksi pyyhkeitä, eikä suihkugeeliä tai -voidetta ollut. Kun pyysimme niitä, niitä ei annettu – on vaikea kuvitella 4 tähden hotellia, josta puuttuisi perusmukavuudet. Hiustenkuivaaja oli rikki, ja kun pyysimme uutta, sitä ei annettu. Toinen vastaanottovirkailija ei puhu lainkaan kroatiaa, mikä on käsittämätöntä ja erittäin pettymys."

"Mirari Splitissä on kaunis hotelli, mutta valitettavasti sen sijainti ei ole kovin hyvä. Katu, jolla hotelli sijaitsee, on täynnä roskia, mikä tekee kävelystämme vanhaankaupunkiin melko haisevan, ja kuumuus teki siitä epämiellyttävän. Tien toisella puolella on käynnissä huomattavia rakennustöitä, joille hotelli ei voi mitään. Valitettavasti tästä ei ollut varoitusta eikä siitä ole maksettu korvausta. Maksoimme silti huoneestamme maltaita! Rakennustyöt ovat kuutena päivänä viikossa (ei sunnuntaina) ja alkavat klo 7. Onneksi ainoa kokonainen päivämme hotellissa oli sunnuntai, joten meillä oli vähän onnea! Toinen huomionarvoinen asia on, että ravintolassa tarjoillaan vain aamiaista ja lounasta. Olimme toivoneet, että saisimme illallisen hotellissa ensimmäisenä iltana, mutta saapuessamme huomasimme, ettei se olisi mahdollista. Rakennustöiden vuoksi tämä ei ehkä ollutkaan niin miellyttävää. Onpa sääli. Hotelli on todella ihanan näköinen. Huoneet ovat erittäin mukavia. Allasalue on upea (ei baaria!). Ravintola on kaunis kaikkine istutuksineen."

They confirmed that the hotel would need to enter through the Silver Gate in the old city, which saved us the trouble of walking up stairs for those with luggage. Since there's no elevator, the hotel staff helped me with my elderly family's luggage both during check-in and check-out, which was very touching. Breakfast isn't a buffet; it's cooked on the spot according to the menu. Excellent service."

"Hotelli oli oikein siisti ja tyyliltään klassisesti sisustettu. Huone oli iso ja sen kylppäri kuin uusi. Sänky oli todella leveä ja mukava. Aamupala hyvin riittävä ja monipuolinen, vaikka ei niin laaja valikoima ruokia kuin isoissa hotelleissa. Hotellin sijainti mäen päällä sopi meille, koska tykkäsimme kävellä paljon sekä vanhaankaupunkiin että Kasjuni beachille. Molempia voi suositella lämpimästi."
