"The hotel location is the best, so close to the conference place and can walk to V&A waterfront around 20mins. Or you can take a hop on hop off bus to go around cape town, the bus stop also very close tho the hotel. But honestly the hotel is not really clean, but the room is big enough! Better ask for nee renovated room, the old one is really old, you won’t like it. And better bring your own slippers and teeth brush, cause the hotel didn’t provide but you can pay hotel to get one. The breakfast is just ok, but there is a burger king near the hotel. And need to be careful when go out, especially during night time."

"Lovely stay at Pepperclub - recommended. We chose to celebrate a big milestone in South Africa to create some very special memories. We toured from Joburg, through Nambiti to Durban and then onto Cape Town, and we booked Pepperclub to have a pampered end to our trip. The location is great, near Bo Kaap, local markets and safe to walk around. We had no problem getting where we needed to go. The hotel is very clean including the communal areas, gym and of course the rooms. However, housekeeping was more 4* - simple requests like extra blankets needed to be chased, and the turndown of the room happened every day but was inconsistent (sometimes the bathroom was cleaned and restocked, sometimes not). Similarly, the service was inconsistent even through the reception/concierge was always well staffed - Godfrey always greeted us enthusiastically, and there was another duty manager that was very diligent and followed-up well. However, when Godfrey was not on shift the welcome was more muted, and the staff on reception weren't exactly warm and not always efficient. Restaurant staff were always very warm and friendly. Breakfast was great - with good selection of buffet and a la carte options served swiftly. Lunch options were good too, and room service was efficient. Spa was excellent with very good massages and treatments. The Gym is good, though a little small, and for clarity the pool is not heated (but is beautiful). We didn't get a chance to try the private Odeon cinema, but they only had older movies not the newer ones found at public Odeon cinemas. Great views of Table Mountain and Lions Head from the rooms. The hotel were able to grant our special requests of early check-in, inter-leading rooms and they dressed the room and provided cake and bubbly to celebrate our anniversary - lovely touches. You won't regret your stay, but you may not be compelled to stay again."

"The hotel is in best location to see table mountain and visit Cape Town. Our room on the 14. Floor is so big and luxury. The personal in Taj hotel are all so friendly and helpful, they try their best to satisfy the guests. The food and wine are fantastic!"

Saimme todella poikkeuksellisen palvelutasoa, joten olemme hyvin vaikutteita. Huoneet olivat huomattavasti puhtaita ja tarjottujen tilojen valikoima oli enemmän kuin lahjakas. Huoneissa itsessään on täydellinen tasapaino tilavuuden ja kodin välillä, luomalla todellisen kutsuva ilmapiiri. Huomattava ominaisuus, joka asettaa tämän hotellin erilliseksi, on kiitollinen minibaari, joka tarjoaa erilaisia snacks ja juomat – harvinainen löytö. Mitä vieläkin huomattavaa on, että nämä snacks ovat paitsi herkullisia, myös ravintoa vegan ja gluteenittomia etuja. Epäilemättä olemme jo suunnittelemassa palauttamista tähän erinomaiseen laitokseen tulevaisuudessa."

"Krystal Beach Hotel boasts a unique architectural design seamlessly immersed into its surroundings. It’s like a Cruise Ship with bigger spaces. The rooms are well designed and maintained. The staff are professional. However, the food leaves a lot to be desired. The Hotel could do better with their breakfast buffet menu. Once you have your first breakfast, there is no motivation to go for breakfast on subsequent days because the food options aren’t spiced up on different days. Just the same menu and average at best."
