"This is a beachfront hotel with convenient access. The breakfast was quite good. The only issue was the late check-in; even though we arrived at 2 PM, we couldn't access our room. However, they compensated us with an afternoon tea set and complimentary bottled water, although the bottles were too small. The staff were helpful, and they provided flip-flops suitable for walking on the beach."

"A wonderful place to stay. Walking distance to night markets, Hoi A river & lantern boats, Old Town. Grabs are cheap if you want to go further away and easily accessible. The staff were extremely polite, helpful, and attentive. Special thanks to Quynh, Boa, and Hoang, as well as other staff whose names we did not manage to remember, for their warm hospitality and excellent service. They were always available, followed up on our requests, and even surprised us with a complimentary fruit platter one evening.
Facilities – 8/10
Considering the price, the facilities offer great value for money. The hotel has a massage and spa, a small gym, a rooftop swimming pool, and a welcoming lobby with daily welcome drinks, light snacks, and fruits for guests. Breakfast was decent, with a mix of local and Western dishes. A sauna would be a nice addition, especially during the rainy season.
Room – 6/10
We booked the Family Apartment with Ocean View with two king-size beds. The layout was not ideal, with only one shared bathroom and the living area converted into a sleeping space. While housekeeping was good and the ocean view was lovely, the room required some adjustment to be comfortable for a family. Given the price, it was acceptable.

We were pleased with the stay. The beautiful sea view, convenient location near town and the beach, and the very friendly staff made our experience enjoyable."

I appreciate the provision of a humidifier/dehumidifier which is excellent for helping clothes dry in the day and keeping the humidity comfortable while sleeping. Toilet is clean and spacious enough, heater mixer is finicky. Location wise, it's just opposite the quieter parts of the beach and a short car ride to the dragon bridge and the linh ung pagoda

YYolandeNI really loved this hotel the only small thing I was disappointed in was the rooftop pool which had no vibe/towel service/operating bar, only the pool downstairs which was amazing and lovely but at times too full as there aren't enough beds when the hotel is full.
The decor is beautiful all the blue and white, the location is great, 2 blocks walk to My Khe beach, walking distance to some lovely restaurants (try Miss Steak) and beach bars (try Maia beach club). I really enjoyed my stay, if I could choose again I would spend extra and book the suites overlooking the pool as the other rooms were looking onto the street and as Danang is a city it was real noisy. The hotels grows on you, I had a lovely overall stay.

It was really beautiful to step into! The place looks as how it was shown in their pictures. It was well maintained, and inviting. Most of all, i feel the staff made everyone feel welcomed. Their service was personal and i couldnt ask for a more pleasant experience.
I would like to commend a couple of staff there.
Huy who gave us a lot of recommendations to places to eat/ massage at. And most of all Liz who helped us in our last minute change of dates in accommodation due to last minute flight changes. And with her help, it made our stay possible with them. She helped us to arrange for our driver to Ba Na hills the next day and to our next accommodation. And throughout the day, went above and beyond to keep in contact with us, to make sure our stay was pleasant.
The rooms were clean, had a awesome bathtub and shower, spacious and functional. Its only a pity we couldnt stay longer.
What drew me in abt the accommodation was the pool! Though i wish the gym was abit bigger.
Definitely recommend our friends there!

MMervyn P GUANPretty good 4-star hotel. It’s right in front of my Khe beach so great if you wanna spend time on the beach. Plenty of food options nearby within 5-10 min walk. Else Grabcar is easy and very affordable too. They have a nice rooftop pool with good views. Breakfast is also a very good spread of local and western plus Korean and Indian options. You can also see the dragon bridge weekend 9pm Fire and Water shows from the rooftop pool and restaurant if you’re lazy to take a Grabcar there.

A little problem raises as we applied for late check out yet they could not handle any late check out request through travel agents like trip.com
Spa was always full, we failed to book it.
The breakfast hotel was one of the best in Hoian Area. the restaurant was nice with good environment and seating and food.
Swimming pool and pool side cafe was chill, you could even ride hotel bicycle near the pool
they have a private beach and free for rent volleyballs/ others with many beach side free activities including yoga etc.
small issues, as it is linked to the casino, there are some smoking scent and some people (non hotel guest) that are a bit more rude and impolite.
the lobby lounge drinks are good but the bakery are really so so.
yet it is very easy to grab a grab ride to the hoi an area to explore.

The valets were v helpful in loading unloading luggages and openinh doors for our grab rides.
The toilet basin is slight low for a grown adult to bend over.
Just have to get use to throwing your toilet paper into waste bin rather than straight down toiley bowl
The tv channels have cna which is good for a singaporean for news update.
This hotel is also near ro a live seafood eatery which has 2 michelin 2024 and 2025 on its belt .
There was a small pool and gym
There is also a movie room and spa facilities.
I will say consider another proper place for spa facilitues i terms of massage.

처음 방에 들어선순간 지하실에서 나는 쿵쿵한 곰팡이냄세가 진동했다. 건물전체에서 이런 냄새가 나는데 구조적 문제같다. 벽사진을 보면 왜그런지 짐작할수있다. 이호텔의 유일한 단점은 바로 이것이다. 다른점은 시내에서 멀다는것인데 오토바이를 렌트하면 해결된다. 시내에서 대략 10분거리.

SSriram’sWe recently stayed at the Koi resorts at Da Nang. We researched and compared the prices, amenities, accessibility etc and zeroed in on this resort. We booked through trip.com and got a good discount of approx 25%, we were a group of 8 adults and 2 kids. The overall experience at the resort was fantastic, the villa quite huge, with awesome pool (common and within the villq) and beautiful location, but let me start with a few negatives:
- while this is advertised as a 4 bedroom villa, it’s more like 3.25 bedrooms. The room downstairs is for just one person, my dad had to get an extra bed to be placed in the living room and slept there.
- For the 2 bedrooms on first floor, there is only one common toilet and bathroom, 4 people using 1 bathroom and toilet is a bit difficult. Would be good if they had done an attached bathroom and toilet for every bedroom (considering the space available is huge).
- When we reached, the aircon was not working, we had raised a complaint and they fixed it later by cleaning up the filters
- The toilets get very smelly as there is no proper ventilation (there’s a fan in the roof) but not good enough to remove the smell. Once again, we complained and they did some fix. Didn’t result in much of change.
- We are vegetarians, so there’s very limited options in the breakfast buffet, but they do oblige to make local vegetarian dishes separately for you if you request (the spring rolls, Pho, curry soup and glass noodles were lipsmacking!)
Despite all of these negatives, it’s the staff who are amazing and make up for all the shortcomings. They are forever smiling, very sincere and earnest, extremely polite and attend very promptly to your every single need. Not even once did we see them show even the slightest irritation or delay things. They had almost become like friends with us and they went extra mile to make sure we are taken good care of. The property is maintained spick and span, with beautiful landscaping and overall impeccable service. Absolutely enjoyed the experience, thanks and Kudos to the team!
