Wow - Super hotel. Best hotel I have visited in years. Staff polite, efficient and attentive in a polite way. Room was very large, with some free mini cookies and a few free juices. Food and drinks reasonable. Breakfast had a great range of food. The steak at the restaurant was super They even notified breakfast group I could not take milk. Lots of couples but as a solo traveller felt cared about. From start to finish flawless. Even twice a week one hour of free cocktails. When it rains the staff already start wiping down tables and once eases gardeners are out sweeping the leaves off the pathways to help maintain its beautiful appearance. Seriously impressed

Asuin äskettäin The Bellevuessa, ja vaikka yleinen kokemus oli kunnollinen, siellä oli muutama hikka, joka vaikutti vierailuumme. Saapuessamme olimme pettyneitä huomatessamme, että huoneemme AC ei toiminut kunnolla, mikä johti siirtoon toiseen huoneeseen. Pitkän matkapäivän jälkeen tämä oli melko epämukavaa. Valitettavasti meille osoitettu uusi huone ei ollut niin puhdas kuin odotimme, joten jouduimme pyytämään siivousta sen siivoamiseksi, mikä lisäsi turhautumista. Palvelu lomakeskuksessa oli yleensä hidasta, etenkin illallisen aikana. Henkilökunta vaikutti hieman irtautuneelta, mikä oli yllättävää tämän kaliiperin hotellille. Kirkkaammalla huomautuksella, aamiainen oli nautinnollinen hyvällä valikoimalla vaihtoehtoja, ja illallinen, vaikkakin keskimääräinen, oli tyydyttävä. Yksi The Bellevuen kohokohdista on lomakeskuksessa tarjolla oleva valikoima aktiviteetteja, jotka lisäsivät arvoa vierailullemme. Palvelun vastoinkäymisistä huolimatta onnistuimme silti viihtymään mukavasti. Palvelunopeuteen ja huonehuoltoon tehtyjen parannusten ansiosta tämä voi helposti olla viiden tähden kokemus.

Erittäin siisti ja mukava hotelli yöpyä. Tarjottuihin palveluihin kuuluvat valokuvaus ja ilmainen kajakkien vuokraus. (Valitettavasti emme käyttäneet sitä tällä kertaa) Kahden huoneen avainkortin lisäksi he asettivat huoneeseen alusta alkaen vielä yhden kortin, joten kun palasimme ulos, huone oli viileä ja taivaallinen. Tämä hotelli tarjoaa vieraanvaraisuutta, joka kilpailee Japanin kanssa. Aamiainen oli myös erittäin herkullinen. Viereisessä ostoskeskuksessa on pankkiautomaatti, mutta ensimmäisellä kerralla kun menin sinne, siinä ei ollut rahaa, joten en voinut käyttää sitä. Menin takaisin seuraavana päivänä ja pystyin käyttämään sitä, mutta yllätyin siitä, kuinka huono vaihtokurssi oli. Tällä kertaa huoneestamme oli näkymä parkkipaikalle, joten ensi kerralla haluaisin yöpyä merinäköalahuoneessa, vaikka se olisi kalliimpi.

Goods: - Very nice and homey design of rooms. - Lots of plants and trees and well-lit at night. - Nice location. Quick access on the main road and beachfront area. - Tight security, public utility vehicles like tricycles are being keep tracked in and out of the resort. Bads: - Breakfast buffet is okay and not a lot of options. They only serve food for Western and no Filipino dish like danggit, longganisa is served. - Not so strong water in the shower but at least they have a heater. - No dental toiletries provided.

Very good for that price for those who is not looking for a much comfort. Room was too dark for us with lack of day light. Light switches were dirty - this is simply to avoid by the hotel and experience will be better. Clean bed, towels and a fridge as a plus. Very tasty dishes in their restaurant on a good price, we really liked it (grilled shrimps and a fish) compared to other we tried. The reception is very polite and attentive. The nearest way to the beach is 10 minutes but at the end there is a resort which will charge 100 p entry per person to a beach, as a plus you can use their wc and change rooms and showers. From this beach you can go to any part of the beach line and enjoy.

В целом все соответствует фото, но есть нюансы. По фото не понятно, но по факту света катастрофически мало как днем (небольшое окошко!, так и вечером не хватает искусственного. От этого ощущение, что в каком-то полуподвале. Комфорт- вроде все есть, но лично мне не хватало массы мелочей, которые и создают комфорт. Например, в ванной нет места, куда можно поставить банные принадлежности, в зоне душа есть маленькая мыльница, а в зоне раковины не предусмотрено полочки и чего-то вроде этого. Розеток много, но зарядки в них болтаются, приходится постоянно проверять идет или нет заряд. Завтрака нет даже за доп плату. Вещи повесить можно только на вешалку вдоль стены, т.е. они будут все друг на друге. Самое удачное запах! Очень химический запах, который желает невозможным пребывание в комнате. Сотрудники так и не смогли сетки пояснить откуда он, сославшись, что жарко и поэтому (но, это и не Россия, чтобы в феврале было холодно, там всегда жарко, поэтому такое пояснение намного странное), вторая версия обработка от москитов (это больше похоже на правду, но сотрудники не смогли ответить насколько безопасно дышать этим), мне просто предложили подражать освежителем). Я думаю, это все же низкое качество материалов и на жаре поэтому так вонять начинает. У отеля есть плюсы: у каждого домика своя терраса, большой двор с множеством зелени, приятный персонал.

Very nice stay, great location, good amenities. Small hidden gem outside of the mass tourism. Nice pool and garden, very nice bridge in the mangrove. Super location for massage in the outdoor area, do not miss it !!! Very good breakfast, but they could improve the coffee. Regarding the restaurant, it is good but very slow. The staff is a big plus to this place!!! I will come back.

The staff are very friendly and attentive. The location is good and very peaceful. The room is manageable, however there are too many ants roaming around even on the pillows and beds.

Since my originally booked hotel was unresponsive, and as a woman traveling alone I had concerns about safety, I ended up booking this hotel without having much prior information. I stayed here for 4 nights, and I’d like to share my honest experience 🙂 The staff always greeted me with warm smiles, which made me feel comfortable and welcome. They showed great patience and determination in trying to resolve any situation, never giving up easily. Grab works very well here — both car rides and food delivery were easy to get. The location is convenient for accessing tour operators. Contrary to some reviews, the swimming pool was always clean during my stay. There is no elevator, but the stairs are not steep, so it wasn’t too difficult. The beach in front of the hotel is nice for relaxing and lying down, but not ideal for adult snorkeling. However, it seems suitable for young children under 7 years old to play safely. The hotel layout is a bit different from typical hotels, so it may feel slightly confusing at first. Breakfast offers three menu options: American, Filipino, and one additional option I can’t quite recall. If you have an early tour and can’t have breakfast, you can request a free sandwich in advance. I also discovered that you can enjoy a nice massage at a nearby place outside the hotel.
