The room was spacious and clean. Location of the hotel was fantastic. It’s within 5min walk to the Old Town and it’s so convenient. It’s also a short drive away from the city area. Breakfast selection was good. Love this hotel.

Varasin tämän hotellin, koska se oli vasta rakennettu ja se oli siisti. Vaikka sijainti on hieman kaukana kaupungin tärkeimmistä nähtävyyksistä, näköala oli erinomainen, koska se on aivan rannalla. Johtuiko korkea hinta merinäköalasta? Merinäköala itsessään oli kaunis, mutta oli pettymys, että huone oli odotettua pienempi. Huoneessa oli vain suihkukaappi, mutta kylpyammetta ei ollut. Huoneen kokonaisarvosana ei oikeuta korkeaa hintaa, mutta ikkunasta avautuva merinäköala on erinomainen. Mitään etuja ei ole, jotka oikeuttaisivat korkean huonehinnan, ja myös palvelu kokonaisuudessaan oli pettymys, joten minulla ei ole aikomusta yöpyä täällä uudelleen.

Liian kaukana vanhasta kaupungista, mutta on erittäin helppo mennä vanhaan kaupungiin bussilla ja nauttia Lapadin sijainti. Olimme onnellisia ja miellyttävä tässä hotellissa huolimatta off-season.

The pros: I arrived 2 hours earlier and was thankful that concierge checked me in immediately. The view from my room was wonderful and the breakfast variety was fine though the same menu was served daily throughout my 4 night stay. The vicinity of Lapad is not near to the old town, but I specifically selected the area/hotel to be away from crowds and large tour groups, so I’m happy with it. The area is beautiful, with plenty of rock coves for walks and exploration. The cons: Mirror to the cupboard was cracked and plastered over with aluminium tape, design of the room is definitely dated, carpets are a little stained though these are not important to me. As a solo female Asian traveller, I do observe that older staff, male especially, communicate with some sense of superiority towards me, in comparison to western guests. In other words, I do not feel welcome. That applies to Dubrovnik in general, while in Zagreb, service staff are much friendlier.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was spacious, featuring a bathtub, a rain shower, heated floors, and eco-friendly toiletries. The staff were friendly and attentive, stopping by our room each evening to say hello and surprise us with chocolates—a charming touch! The mini bar offered good quality tea and coffee, which was a pleasant surprise compared to other hotels. The overall atmosphere was classy, particularly in the bars and restaurants. I also appreciated the spa and swimming pool facilities for relaxation. Taking a walk along the coast next to the hotel was delightful, especially with the friendly cats wandering about. We discovered a fantastic Asian restaurant nearby that added to our enjoyable dining experiences. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay!

Hotelli lahden päässä, rantakadun varrella. Hotellin upea yksityinen ranta. Erittäin tilava huone, tyylikkäästi sisustettu ja siisti. Erittäin tehokas ja ammattitaitoinen huonehenkilökunta. Runsas ja monipuolinen aamiainen. Kaunis esitys. Mutta puuttui tuoreet hedelmämehut. Aamiaishenkilökunnalta puuttui huomiota ja valppautta asiakkaita kohtaan (lautasia ei tyhjennetty, uusien pöytien asettaminen ei vastannut odotuksiin jne.) Vastaanotto oli epäammattimaista viiden tähden hotelliksi. Erittäin mukava hyvinvointialue (valitettavasti koko 7 yön oleskelun aikana biosauna tai höyrysauna eivät olleet toimintakunnossa). Yhteiset tilat olivat majesteettisia ja erittäin siistejä.

Very nice resort hotel within friendly and attentive staff. Well located, ＜10 mins walk to the Dubrovnik old town. Well appointed room (although a bit old). Very nice dinner and breakfast area overlooking the coast and the old town. If you leave the hotel early in the morning and miss the breakfast, you can even preorder a breakfast box for free and pick up at the front desk when you leave. And most importantly, it features a very nice swimming pool right under the cliff and next to sea water, with easy access via elevator.

The hotel was perfect. The rooms are spacious, there are several pools and a rocky beach, and the breakfast was rich and varied. The hotel’s restaurants offer a fairly diverse selection. The only negative point was upon our arrival, when we were given a room overlooking the parking lot, even though we had booked a sea view room. However, the staff quickly made up for it and offered us two alternatives. Aside from this mix-up at check-in, everything was perfect, and I highly recommend this hotel, especially if you’re looking for a quieter place compared to the hustle and bustle of Dubrovnik in the summer. Moreover, it is very well served by bus lines going to the Old Town.

Very nice resort with plenty of sun loungers, pools and access for sea swimming. Good restaurants with lovely food and the service was good. It's about 5km from Dubrovnik old town so you can easily walk or get a taxi. I would recommend staying here. I will definitely return.

This is a really nice budget hotel, located in Lapad, away from the hustle & bustle of the old town, and close to the beach. We had a large room with an extremely comfortable bed/pillows, and a terrace/balcony. I thought it was a great idea to have clothes drying racks on the balconies, perfect for your beach towels & swimsuits. We had the breakfast, and it was pretty much the same every day. But even for us vegans, we could get something nice to eat. And for people with no dietary restrictions, there is even more choice. Our shower was faulty, which we reported to staff on our first morning. As it was the weekend, they advised that it probably wouldn't be fixed immediately, but by Tuesday we had a brand new shower head (the shower was usable, just faulty - we didn't have to exist without a shower!) The staff were lovely, friendly, helpful, and gave good tips about the beaches and surrounding area. There is a bus stop directly across the street from the hotel, where you can catch Bus 6 to the old town. The buses are small and very busy (September) and the cost is 2.50 euro one way. We did also buy tickets in advance from the kiosk in the town, where they are a little cheaper (1.70). And I must admit, we walked to the old town on several occasions. 30 minute walk, but with beautiful views. The beaches close by are lovely. There is a great walking path along the coast, and at some spots you can walk down stone steps to small seating areas, where you can also jump into the ocean and swim. We did this instead of going to the pebble beaches and hiring sun loungers. Overall, this was a really nice hotel, perfect for what we wanted. It is not high end, glam or luxurious, but it is comfortable, clean and friendly.
