It was a memorable time for us traveling from US as family of four with two kids age 7 and 11. First striking thing was everything was included in the all inclusive price. There were no hidden charges or extra fees for things like ala carte reservations. There were plenty of activities for the kids to keep them occupied. Ice creams and desserts were available all the time. Only downside for us was that we are vegetarians and food options are very limited as Greece goes heavy on meat.

Convenient location, about fifteen minutes from Heraklion and the airport. Located on a quiet and pleasant stretch of beach. The rooms are spacious and equipped. Thinking down to the smallest details. Outstanding user experience. A welcome collaboration with Psaki Restaurant. What made our stay extraordinary is the wonderful service and the kind and dedicated staff. Thank you!

We had a great time, the facilities and service are excellent. We were disappointed with the food, both the breakfast, lunch and dinner. The only food that was tasty and appropriate for the hotel level was the food that was paid extra in the restaurant on the beach/pool. There is no free drink, the water is sold at a price 13 times higher than in nearby supermarkets. Even if you arrive very early all the beds in the pools are taken/kept, people keep them even while they go for a few hours to eat/sleep, but the hotel employees, unfortunately, do nothing about it.

From start to finish we had the loveliest holiday, the rooms, pools, food, facilities were all unbelievable. The staff went above and beyond to provide the best possible experience, we stayed in a room with a private pool and could not recommend more! Thank you for making our experience one to remember, we will definitely be back!

All of the staff were amazing. Super friendly and helpful. They took care of us like family. Especially the beach bar staff were #1. We were with a large group of friends and they were so attentive and added a lot of laughter and fun to our experience. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We have just had the most incredible days staying at Esperides Resort. From the moment we arrived, all staff were outstanding. My girlfriend and I stayed in a room with a private jetted tub which was well worth the upgrade. We will remember our few days at this hotel for a long time and would love to come back in the future.

Aivan tavallinen lomakeskus, ei mitään erikoista. Ruoka on tasaista ja juomat ovat erittäin huonoja. Vaikka menisit (vain yhteen) all-inclusive-al carte -ravintolaan, saat samat ruoat kuin buffetissa ja joitain erikoisaterioita rahalla. Pieni tungosta uima-allas ja ei palvelua rannalla. Yleensä se on arvosana 3/5, mutta se on silti täysin ylihinnoiteltu.

For the price of our stay it was well worth it!! Food was good and the all inclusive drinks were a big hit! There was entertainment on one of the nights we were there aswell! The pool was standard but a great vibe :) our room had a great view -one of the best in the resort 👌

Lähistöllä oli vähän hoitoa, ja huoneessamme ilmastointi oli kovaa, koska me saapuimme myöhään, - mutta he eivät voineet korjata sitä heti. Seuraavana päivänä meille päivitettiin 2 henkihuonetta perhehuoneessa, jossa on yksityinen uima-allas! Top Service! Ruoka oli hyvä, mutta ei upeaa. Todellinen parannus: musiikki on joskus hyvin kova uima-allas, ei hyvin rentoutunut, kun tulet lepäämään. Meillä on ollut varmasti mukava asuinpaikka, mutta ei ole odotettavissa super-luksus, mutta se on myös hinta.
