"The location of the hotel is absolutely perfect, and the facilities are among the best in Yantai. The service was also incredibly warm and professional. We had a special episode during our stay — my son accidentally left one of his shoes in a DiDi taxi, and we were struggling to contact the driver due to the language barrier. Thankfully, staff member Dragon Xu went above and beyond to help us. He communicated with the driver, arranged for the shoe to be retrieved, and even handled all the related details and costs with great care. That shoe had a very special meaning for our family, and we’re truly grateful for his kindness and dedication. Because of this experience, we’ll definitely stay at the Pullman Yantai Center again with even more fondness next time we visit Yantai."

"Ystävän suositteleman Westin-hotellin tulee olla pinta-alaltaan vähintään 40 neliömetriä, jossa on erillinen wc, suihkuhuone, pesu- ja kylpyhuone sekä iso kylpyamme. Hotelli on noin 40 kilometrin päässä Yantai South -rautatieasemalta, joka on melko kaukana. Matkallesi on varattava riittävästi aikaa liikenneruuhkien välttämiseksi."

非常舒服的一次商旅出行。 酒店十分的乾淨且新，因為是2024年建的，也是我們第1次。入住萊州的這家酒店有早餐。房間大，明亮，通風，並且是地暖，很舒服，不像空調特別的乾冷。而且一層的話很有藝術氣息。同時還有機器人送貨上樓，刷卡入户。安全性拉滿。服務更是沒話説，早餐的種類也很豐富。滿分，5星好評。

✨ THE HIGHS: 1. That View Though! — WOW. Floor-to-ceiling windows serving utterly unobstructed, Instagram-worthy vistas of the ocean. Waking up to the sunrise and winding down with the sunset? Absolutely priceless. 2. Plush and Tech-Savvy Room — The king bed was cloud-like—firm yet cozy. Blackout curtains, a slick Bluetooth speaker, and a well-stocked minibar made the stay extra comfortable. It’s clear they didn’t cut corners on in-room amenities. 3. Front-Desk service — Cici ! Shoutout to Cici at reception—what a gem! She was not only polite and efficient but went above and beyond to make sure my room preferences were met pronto. Now that’s what I call five-star service! 4. Anna’s Next-Level Attentiveness Big thanks to Anna from housekeeping. She promptly brought up bottled water, and when she realized I needed a disposable tub bag for the bath, she dashed back to fetch one. Now that’s going the extra mile! ⚠️ THE OOPS MOMENT: · Bathroom Blunder Alright, here’s the not-so-great part: the bathtub had a looong strand of hair (clearly from the previous guest). Yeah, not the end of the world, but for a hotel of this caliber? That’s a basic miss. 🎯 FINAL VERDICT: Stunning room, killer views, and staff like Cici and Anna who truly get hospitality right. 這次選擇酒店果然沒有讓人失望，大堂副理晶晶小姐姐服務太好了，熱情專業，妥善幫忙解決了入住過程中的一點小問題，房間衞生做的很好，細節處盡顯用心，讓人住的安心舒服，酒店地上地下都有停車位，停車方便也是免費的，甚至院裏還有充電樁，實在太方便了！大堂裝修也很上檔次，對應這個價位，簡直是最優選，強烈推薦！！

In January we only two guests in whole hotel. Their biggest suites with panoramic sea view is very impressive. Little bit not enough cleannese.
