前台小姐姐長得很好看，性格也很有趣，很幽默。房間很乾凈，衞生設施很全，早餐也很好吃。有洗衣房和健身房。客房大姐人也很熱情。並且酒店大堂也很乾凈。

We had a great stay during Chinese New Year. The hotel service was great. The rooms were fantastic. We enjoyed our own personal hot spring. The food was fresh and yummy. If you enjoy quite and nature — this is the right place!

There was one guy that spoke English with glasses he was super nice he really made us feel good. The rooms are super great with a nice bathtub and mini bar! The restaurant was so good western buffet breakfast and dinner I really loved the buffet it’s the best part of the hotel! The pool area is good to chill the life guard was super handsome and sweet to us! The only part that was disappointing is the young girl working at the info desk at the gym and pool area she was so rude and she just gave me a very dirty look every time I went to the gym there was another girl working there at spoke a little English with glasses that was really nice towards us!! Otherwise it’s a really nice hotel I was super happy most of the time! FYI if you arrive late at the hotel check in might take long if your a foreigner..

就在何園附近，房間很寬敞。也有浴缸。裝修古樸，但也不顯老舊。 衞生可以，阿姨很好，回到房間連我帶的瓷器都幫洗乾淨了。 實際住宿環境跟圖片是一樣的。 工作人員服務非常好，可以説是有求必應。 1、微信陳曦:大晚上空調沒風，微信上反映下，立馬響應，迅速提供各種處理方案。嫻熟專業！師傅很快也來了，結果是我自己操作問題，但依然抱了一床被子過來。 2、因為住這個民宿特別去攻略了一下小盤谷園林，下雨了也不想出去太遠，就近逛一逛非常不錯。 第二次進園子是因為茶席，雖然不遠，小姑娘親自帶過去了，且還做了簡單的講解，牌匾上皇太后印章不説，我還真沒有注意。 3、走的時候前台的大叔也特別熱情，友善的提醒不斷。 還有小驚喜😘 住了兩天，送了一份茶席，我以為是在酒店大廳，結果是在園林裏，非常意外，為了這個又去了一次。告知茶席衹有茶😂，我認為的茶席是有點心，我自己帶了茶器，買了揚州點心，也帶了點心碟。 能在小盤古森林裏麪喝茶是何等的愜意，天冷，小姑娘幫我們開好了空調，介紹了茶葉。茶點也在我的詢問下提供了本來並沒有的簡單小零食，很照顧我們的感受，而且小姑娘跑來跑去辛苦準備，感謝❤️。 😛提個建議啊，在園林裏這麼美好的地方喝茶是是太愜意的事了。一、如果提前告訴我，是在園林裏面，那我可太開心了。二、送的茶席，沒點心，衹有茶，我自己可以帶點心和碟子過去的。 最後一張圖是我在房間裏自己喝茶準備的點心😃 這個民宿價格實惠，服務很棒，住的很温馨。還可以贈送遊園子，舒適又開心，各方面都是非常滿意的。應該有4.8分以上才對😄

1. 位置超便利，房間乾淨無異味，床品軟和睡得超香！工作人員態度超親切，響應也快，性價比拉滿，下次來還住這家～ 2. 入住體驗滿分！衞生細節超到位，設施新且好用，前台服務專業又熱情，全程省心，強烈推薦給大家 1. 從入住的熱茶到房間的貼心小細節，全程被温暖到！床品像雲朵一樣舒服，浴室乾濕分離還帶智能馬桶，早餐的現做小餛飩超好吃，連打掃阿姨都超貼心，這趟住宿太值了！ 2. 酒店真的超出預期！隔音效果超棒，熬夜趕工也不怕打擾，會議室設備全、網絡穩，早餐還能打包，對出差黨太友好了，以後來這邊直接鎖定！ 帶娃入住完全沒踩雷！小童拖鞋、浴袍一應俱全，工作人員還會主動幫忙哄娃，泳池水温剛好，房間空間大還乾淨，娃玩得開心大人也省心，神仙酒店無疑了！

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, making it easy to access nearby attractions and transportation. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and check-in was quick and hassle-free. My room was clean and comfortable, though the pillows seemed quite old as they flattened too easily. Aside from that minor issue, everything else was great, and I would consider staying here again.

非常滿意的入住體驗，是獨棟的小別墅，房間很多，能住9個人，我們一家六口住起來非常寬敞～衞生不錯，服務也不錯，管家是個老大爺，雖然也住在這但是存在感不強，簡單聊天感覺人蠻好的～能看出來這是房東原來自己住的房子，裝修什麼的都很好～屋後有個小院，本來想拍拍照的結果忘了，地理位置很好，離個園非常近～

一直聽説天山開了一家上檔次的大酒店，這次路過出差過來體驗一下，酒店環境高大上，住得很滿意，早餐是自助的非常有揚州特色，菜都是現炒的看着就不錯吃着也好吃，還有免費的温泉可以泡，前台人員胡玉欽非常貼心，在退房時還送了香薰，很滿意，下還來

This hotel exceeded all our expectations. The pool area was fantastic and the room was spacious and quiet. We traveled with our child and the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The beds were so comfortable! Great value for money. We can't wait to come back.
