There was a dedicated kids’ pool with slides that our toddler absolutely loved, and a large main pool filled with plenty of pool toys available for use (though these came at an extra charge). From the moment we arrived, Elena greeted us warmly and took care of our every need throughout our stay. She was always available for communication, whether in person or over the phone (or texting via WeChat) making sure that we were comfortable and well-informed. Elena's assistance went beyond the usual. She helped us with translations, speaking fluent English, Chinese, and Russian, ensuring that language was never a barrier for us. Her dedication truly shone when she orchestrated a special surprise for my girlfriend's birthday. Elena's exceptional service, along with the hotel's luxurious amenities, made our stay unforgettable. "通過平台預訂的房間，剛開始看價格便宜評分也高不敢訂，擔心不好，但是看酒店是銷量榜前幾名，一口氣定了兩晚價格還更優惠，導航直接到酒店門口位置好找，招牌大氣也顯眼，門口停車位也可以安心停車🅿️，前台熱情接待，辦理入住流程快，房間衞生做的乾淨，陽台對面的山景視野讓我很舒服，床品很白非常乾淨，擺放整理設施完備，超出心裏預期，在酒店住了兩晚休息的很好，隔音很棒，晚上很安靜，新裝修的酒店有10個月沒有裝修味道，帶寶寶才安心辦理手續，性價比很高，值得入住。"

"The hotel is nice but not as nice as expected. We stayed in the normal room. The room is big and Well equipped. But the details are not perfect . The room/furniture can get some renovation, cleaning. You don’t have a lot of choice for the soft drinks inside the room. The area around the hotel is not very busy. Taxi from the costs a lot. You can‘t swim in the ocean. Service was very Good. But the baggy car are not available very often. The best is the breakfast. It was very good. Good quality and everything you want."
