There was a dedicated kids’ pool with slides that our toddler absolutely loved, and a large main pool filled with plenty of pool toys available for use (though these came at an extra charge). From the moment we arrived, Elena greeted us warmly and took care of our every need throughout our stay. She was always available for communication, whether in person or over the phone (or texting via WeChat) making sure that we were comfortable and well-informed. Elena's assistance went beyond the usual. She helped us with translations, speaking fluent English, Chinese, and Russian, ensuring that language was never a barrier for us. Her dedication truly shone when she orchestrated a special surprise for my girlfriend's birthday. Elena's exceptional service, along with the hotel's luxurious amenities, made our stay unforgettable. "We were very impressed with the hotel. The hotel is beautiful and clean, with a very nice design. All staff provided excellent service. Special thanks to Max Lin, who was incredibly helpful, attentive, and always ready to assist us with everything we needed, which truly enhanced our stay. Although the hotel is a bit far from the city, it is very peaceful and quiet, with a beautiful beach and a great atmosphere. Ok We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again."

"The hotel is nice but not as nice as expected. We stayed in the normal room. The room is big and Well equipped. But the details are not perfect . The room/furniture can get some renovation, cleaning. You don’t have a lot of choice for the soft drinks inside the room. The area around the hotel is not very busy. Taxi from the costs a lot. You can‘t swim in the ocean. Service was very Good. But the baggy car are not available very often. The best is the breakfast. It was very good. Good quality and everything you want."
