"I recently had a delightful stay at the Hyatt Regency in Hainan. The hotel offered a pleasant atmosphere, and my room was particularly inviting, featuring a charming wooden floor that added a homely touch.
One of the standout aspects of my stay was the tranquility of the hotel. I enjoyed a peaceful environment, free from noise disturbances from neighboring rooms, which allowed me to fall asleep easily. I was so comfortable that I overslept and was only awoken by the doorbell when my friend arrived!
The bed was incredibly comfortable.
Additionally, the hotel boasts an impressive buffet breakfast, which was the highlight of my morning. Overall, the Hyatt Regency is a fantastic getaway from the city, perfect for relaxation and rejuvenation."

"This is the second time I stayed there. The first time was definitely more pleasurable in the two bedroom unit compared to the one bedroom unit. At some point some workers entered the room then ran away scared when they saw I was there. The office said they were surprised to see and guest and wanted to check to see if they needed to bring welcome fruit but no fruit was ever brought to the room. Also, last time they told me swim caps are needed for the pool but this time no on wore a swim cap. What are the actual rules? There was also a man on the beach who told me that people would come and shoot me because I’m American. I found this funny (and had nothing to do with the hotel) but it wasn’t comfortable being a female traveling alone"

The absolute highlight of our stay was the pool area. There was a dedicated kids’ pool with slides that our toddler absolutely loved, and a large main pool filled with plenty of pool toys available for use (though these came at an extra charge). "Great Accommodation for families, lots to do and see & alot things to do for the kids, the biggest down fall would be communication, I suggest learning a few things, basic questions everyday meeting and greeting otherwise you'll struggle in this area.. don't always count on google translate to save the day cause it doesn't. Also alot of local food, Restaurant in venue is mainly local cuisine however they do have a breakfast restaurant that has western food as well.
Overall of you're not prepared you won't enjoy it but it's a great place thumbs up!"

之前去過上海的花間堂，説實話這次的體驗有些不在自己的期待之內。抵達之前就收到酒店的提示，花間泊在景區裏面，因此自駕需要提前報備車牌號。打車的話，酒店是説提前五分鐘告知他們，他們會派人來接。但是當我快要抵達時，致電給酒店幾次，電話沒有被接通，衹能自己拖着行李箱走進去。離店時也是剛好碰到另外一組客人要離開，才知道酒店提供休閑車接送到景區門口。
歡迎水果可能是錯過了，並沒有收到。原本在前一天預約了海娜手繪活動，但去到當天被臨時告知老師請假了。雖然也得以自己嘗試手繪，但希望類似的事情可以處理得更好一些，比如能早點通知客人，好讓客人可以早點調整行程。浴室的水温不是很穩定，但問題不大。"

"This is a very nice hotel. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable and the bedding and pillows just right. There was also a great balcony., I would have liked a relaxing chair on there, but the furniture was okay. The service is excellent, the people are very friendly and extremely helpful. The pool is nice and clean, the yard is very pretty. The gym is a bit outdated and could do with a makeover and a location other than the dark cellar. Nearby is a pretty beach, a lovely park and an entertaining mall. If you take one of the siden street, you’ll find local shops. There is a bit of noise coming from the streets at night, but if you close the doors, it’s not too much of a bother and stops around 12:00 PM. Airconditioning is working really well. Had a great time, will visit again!"

"We wanted to convey our feelings after our stay at the Sangem Moon Hotel. It was one of the best holidays we have had, and we were most of the hotels 5* in Sanya. Starting with the service, a big round of applause for Lily from the reception, who took care of us from the very beginning. She took care of us every day so that we did not lack anything. Also a huge thank you to the hotel manager. A new hotel with beautiful apartments with a wonderful view of the sea. Breakfasts are incredibly delicious, made for the customer. Fresh juices, cookies, omelettes, Chinese soups and various specialties made us not want to go out. We gained a lot 😂😂😂 of weight. Infiniti pools on the 21st and 5th floors. A paradise for kids, swimming pools and a small aqua park made the time pass very quickly, and most importantly, the beautiful beach and direct descent to the sea were impressive 👍❤️. We heartily recommend it to everyone, and we will definitely come back there."

Our stay at this hotel was an extraordinary experience, made exceptional by the outstanding service provided by Elena. From the moment we arrived, Elena greeted us warmly and took care of our every need throughout our stay. She was always available for communication, whether in person or over the phone (or texting via WeChat) making sure that we were comfortable and well-informed.
Elena's assistance went beyond the usual. She helped us with translations, speaking fluent English, Chinese, and Russian, ensuring that language was never a barrier for us. Her dedication truly shone when she orchestrated a special surprise for my girlfriend's birthday. She arranged for the pianist to play a heartfelt rendition of ”Happy Birthday,” creating a memorable and touching moment that we will cherish forever.
The hotel itself is a masterpiece of architecture, combining luxurious comfort with a cozy atmosphere. The grandiose design blends beautifully with the tropical, jungle-like surroundings, offering a unique and immersive experience. The beach, with its clear white sand, adds to the paradise-like vibe.
Breakfast was another highlight, with amazing buffet that catered to a variety of tastes. Our room, complete with a private pool, was stunning and provided the perfect setting for relaxation. The entire staff was incredibly helpful and kind, contributing to the overall sense of hospitality and warmth.

Sanya/Lingshui ei ole koskaan ollut liian ylpeä ”katoista”, mutta ne, jotka rikkovat ne, ansaitsevat todella suosionosoituksia. Lingshui Indigo on ylittänyt Hainanin hotellien ”kauneuden” ylärajan luomalla todella modernin lomakeskuksen, joka on syntynyt rentoutumiseen. Tilarajoitusten vuoksi käsittelemme vain kahta näkökohtaa: tekstuuria ja ruokaa.
Laitteiston kauneus piilee tekstuurissa, ohjelmiston kauneus ruoassa. Nämä kaksi näennäisesti merkityksetöntä yksityiskohtaa ovat hotellin itseluottamuksen lähde. Tekstuurin käyttö osoittaa suunnittelijan ymmärrystä hotellin sijainnista ja tasapainosta osan ja kokonaisuuden välillä. Tekstuurien orgaaninen yhdistelmä eri kohtauksissa lisää huomattavasti hotellin estetiikan rikkautta.
Ruokailu on hotellin luottamuksen lähde sen pehmeään voimaan. The hotel is amazing, beautiful huge territory, the hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Very nice villa with private pool and jacuzzi, a lot of small things which made our stay really enjoyable such as welcome tea and fruits. Despite the fact that the weather was rainy and windy and swimming in the sea was prohibited we had an amazing stay and definitely want to return.

The hotel has one water park for children and one large one for both adults and children. Both are super clean and there are guards at each slide super safe with children. It has an indoor playground that saved life during windy and cloudy days when we couldn’t use the pools. There is a small zoo and go cart place so the kids have no time to get bored. The room is clean and 4 water bottle replaced everyday during our stay. My son never wanted to leave.

This hotel is a nightmare. They demanded upfront for full payment and deposit and then claim that they didn’t receive the payment although it is reflected as paid on my phone(alipay). So for the rest of my stay, I was constantly bugged about this money issue (including calling my room at 10:00PM and demanding to check my phone (again!)for verification d of payment!). The only highlight is that the breakfast buffet is very good snd the lady manager of the restaurant is very professional. I believe she is the ONLY staff that is worthy to be mentioned. The staff needs to be retrained in service language, service attitude and professionalism in the hotel industry. What a disappointment of a holiday! Eventually after threatening to complain to 12345 , I got my deposit money back pronto. Never again to this hotel- nit worth the stress!!

The hotel is nice but not as nice as expected. We stayed in the normal room. The room is big and Well equipped. But the details are not perfect . The room/furniture can get some renovation, cleaning. You don’t have a lot of choice for the soft drinks inside the room.
The area around the hotel is not very busy. Taxi from the costs a lot. You can‘t swim in the ocean.
Service was very Good. But the baggy car are not available very often.
The best is the breakfast. It was very good. Good quality and everything you want.

Siitä hetkestä lähtien, kun kirjauduin sisään, hovimestari Kelly lähetti minulle erilaisia yritystietoja hotellista ja lähistöllä olevista ruoista ja juomista, mikä oli erittäin huomaavaista. Kotoisin Haitang Baysta, minusta tuntuu, että vanhemman ja lapsen toimintaa on vähemmän, mutta täällä on erittäin hiljaista syödä, nukkua, uida ja kaivaa hiekassa. Kelly auttoi myös valmistamaan kakun ja yksinkertaisen koristelun lapsen syntymäpäivää varten, mikä oli todella mukavaa. Viimeisenä päivänä he tekivät aloitteen ****ästyttää meille uloskirjautumista, jotta lapset voisivat pitää lounastauon. Kaiken kaikkiaan Kelly Butlerin tarjoama palvelu teki vierailustamme melko mukavan.

What can I say about this place. The staff were so kind and welcoming. The staff at this location made everything better. The location is a nice break away from the hectic. The beach at your footstep and a nice shaded area by the pool. Did I mention the staff? So wonderful and went beyond what was needed or asked for. I will always remember my short stay there and recommend this hotel.. the only complaint and it’s not about the hotel but on the island is the lack of smoking regulations. People smoke everywhere, restaurants, the washrooms.. everywhere. I really do hope that changes. Again my thanks to the staff at this location

The apartment is located in a large community block that is mosly empty and rented by a local real estate agency that serves as a reception during opening hours. Check in if you are a foreigner is quite slow, but the staff are friendly and you can rent ebikes from them which is nice. The free community pool is probably one of the better community ones I have seen and they maintain it well because the water was clean. On the downside it is closed on Monday due to that same maintenance so plan accordingly.
The fact that very people live there all year long shows, the building have this decreipt look and elevator hallway smelled really bad. The apartment itself had a few problems, notably the washing machine drain was blocked so it caused a flood and the beds were not the comfiest ever but still adequate.
