My husband and I recently stayed at this hotel during our trip to China. We have stayed at many hotels throughout the world, but this hotel was one of our favorites. The staff is very accommodating, especially the Concierge, Mr. Will Liu. He was always helpful to meet our needs and to check in on previous requests. We really appreciated his daily insights and constant professionalism. Equally amazing is the housekeeping staff who always greeted us with a warm and welcoming smile, daily snacks and so sweetly decorated my room for my birthday. The gentlemen at the front entry also deserve our gratitude and recognition for being quick to assist with luggage and call the elevator for us. We really consider this hotel a must stay if you are in the area. You will find it to be clean, have friendly staff and a super convenient laundry room. Thank you, Kasion Hotel!

We were extremely happy to have found a hotel of this caliber, clean but cozy a good luxurious home away from home. Every morning there was a fresh breakfast which wasn’t our favourite but it was amazing how the manager within one morning noticed and took our orders and tried to compensate for the amount of Chinese dishes and lack of an intercontinental breakfast. We truly respect and appreciate the attention to detail. The room was extremely clean and spacious and we found ourself having the complimentary popcorn every single day. We truly appreciate the staff and a special thanks to mr. Scofield, Xiao. It was a true pleasure to meet you and we will a 100% be back

We had a wonderful time at the this amazing place. The crew was really friendly and helpful. The bed and shower was great. We did BBQ at our balcony which was very conveniente. Breakfast was full of ingredients. Hot springs are relaxed and warm. The hotel's got everything you need, and it's spotlessly clean. The front desk staff are lovely – really helpful. Breakfast is great with loads of options, and it runs until half ten, perfect if you fancy a proper lie-in. Rooms come with a bathtub that's just the right height. A special shout-out to Qiu Weifeng for being so attentive – top service! Oh, and plenty of drinking water in the room too.

The overall experience at this hotel was satisfying. The hotel is clean and well-maintained, with a cozy design that makes guests feel comfortable. The room was spacious, and the bed was soft and comfortable, allowing for a good night’s sleep. The hotel staff were friendly and professional esp MS. YIYI , and the check-in and check-out process was smooth and efficient. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, tasted ok The hotel is conveniently located ( just accross street from mall Yiwu Zhe Xing). There are many restaurants and shops nearby, making it very convenient for travelers. Overall, this hotel offers great value for money and is highly recommended. I would definitely stay here again.

It's a hotel for all kinds of people: couples, businesspeople, families, etc. The hotel is amazing. The staff was very polite but for a 5 Diamonds hotel,no one speaks English. However, everything was clean. The hot springs open from 14:00 to 22:00. Breakfast from 6:00 to 10:00. Dinner closes at 20:00 which is a little early for foreigners. But it is a big buffet so there will be always something delicious to eat.

Shangari-La is an outstanding name. My overall stay was good. However, I was disappointed at the breakfast open buffet, which was very limited to a small portions of food compared to a 5 Diamond hotel. Also the staff was not trained well at the restaurant to handle international customers.

This is a very quiet, neat and clean hotel with all service boxes covered. You get a lot for the little money you spend. On check in you receive a coffee voucher which I immediately spend in the Hotel coffee shop. When I checked out, and needed to wait for my transport to show up, I was offered another coffee from the hotel coffee shop. The coffee shop, which serves excellent coffee, also serves as breakfast restaurant. Good choice of food and again a clean and modern layout. (has an interesting space saving set-up of the tables.) The only thing, probably only noticeable by foreigners, is the height of the benches and couches in the hotel. It feels like sitting on the floor. (A bit too low for my taste)

As a foreigner from Greece, I was filled with curiosity and longing for China. Ancient culture, majestic mountains and rivers, and unique food attract me like a magnet. Finally, I reached this mysterious land. However, when I first arrived, I couldn't avoid some anxiety in my heart. Especially when staying in a hotel, what I feared the most was the communication disorder. In any case, language and cultural differences can make communication difficult. The place I stayed at is a universal hotel. As I walked into the hotel lobby and was worried about how to talk to the staff, an enthusiastic employee approached me with a smile. She greeted me in fluent English and asked me about my requirements. At that moment, my heart fell to the ground for a moment. I thought it would be difficult to communicate, but with her help, things went smoothly. This unobstructed exchange gave me confidence in my journey to China. I had a conversation with the staff during the check-in process. I told her that I wanted to see the places where Chinese people enjoy themselves and feel the atmosphere of local life. She did not hesitate to recommend me the Binwang Night Market, which has the most fireworks display in the area. She introduced me to the features of the night market with a variety of food and a variety of goods, as well as lively street performances. Her explanation filled me with expectations for the Binwang Night Market, as if I saw a lively scene of people coming and selling at the night market. What's even more touching is that when I mentioned that my charging was confiscated at the airport, she immediately picked up her mobile phone to help clean my filling. She handed me the charger, smiled and said, ”You have to use this first, don't worry about money.” Said. At that moment, I was deeply moved by her enthusiasm and kindness. When I received such enthusiastic help from a foreign country, I felt warm like home. This left a deep impression on me. It showed the kindness and kindness of the Chinese people. In today's society, science and technology have made the world smaller and smaller, but the sincerity and kindness between people is even more precious. In China, I felt the power of sincerity and goodness. The enthusiastic help of the staff and the friendly smiles of strangers I met on the street made me feel that China is a country of love. Looking back on my experience, I realized that there is a tradition of hospitality in Greece as well. However, in China, this enthusiasm seems to be stronger and deeper in people's hearts. This is because although different countries have different cultures and customs, humans have realized that they have something in common in their pursuit of kindness and kindness. We must value this emotional exchange beyond culture and make the world a better place. This experience in China has brought me a new understanding of myself. It makes us know that we should not be bound by language and cultural differences, but that we must be brave enough to try and communicate. When we open our hearts and treat others authentically, we will see that there is no distance between people. I believe that this experience in China will be an unforgettable memory in my life. It not only allowed me to appreciate the beautiful scenery and rich culture of China, but also to feel the enthusiasm and kindness of the Chinese people. I hope that in the future, I will continue to have the opportunity to come to China and continue to explore this amazing country, make more friends, and feel more warmth and love. I also share what I see in China with my family and friends, and I hope they can feel the charm of China too.

The hotel itself was beautiful and relaxing. But something to keep in mind as a foreign (not Chinese), it will be difficult to communicate with the staff. No one can speak English (not even a little bit) It made it difficult to order food and get around. Everything is on Chinese. The food is very ”Chinese” So sometimes it was difficult to find something we wanted to eat. The staff were kind and happy, but even with a translation app, you could not communicate with them. We visited other places in China, and we could communicate with the app, just fine with them. we will not stay here again, because of the difficulties about the language barrier. We found the the hot spring on our last day, because nobody would show us where, or help us book a ticket for it. This tour was a mix of business and family time, it was difficult to find sightseeing compared to other cities. Choose another place, if it is possible.
