The Fern Residency, Solapur, Series by Marriott

📍 Motiwala Annexe, Plot No.7, Hotgi Road, Solapur

Balaji Lodging ★★
"The hotel seems to be newly constructed. The owner being an ex-serviceman was extremely courteous and receptive. Rooms were clean and neat. No problems with the ac, tv or bathroom cleanliness. There is still room for improvement as per the following. 1. The lift must have a backup power supply with seemingly frequent powercuts. 2. The staff's response time is very poor on your needs and complaints. I had to call the owner, who was out of station, to get drinking water after several calls to the reception did not yield any results. 3. Even smaller hotels are providing bottled drinking water nowadays. Though the drinking water is claimed to be aqua-guard water, providing that in a steel jug like olden days does not go well with the customers. Due to this, i refused the water and bought my own. One litre bottle a day won't cost that much to earn the goodwill of patrons. 4. The restaurant) is a small kitchen with not much option in breakfast or any other food. Don't expect a lavish 'complimentary' breakfast. But, whatever served was like home cooked food and tasted ok."

Huoneet on tarkasti tehty kaikki perusvarusteet.
