We went in the height of summer and found the air conditioning to be poor as it was centralised. However the receptionist who waa available on chat was very helpful and brought us a fan to help. The hotel rooms are basic and a little worn but was pretty good value for the location and price."

"Upon arrival, we were clearly ignored at the reception, without a greeting, and were directed to the hotel room. Once in the room, we noticed that it hadn't been cleaned, and there was mold in the bathroom. When we asked the male receptionist about breakfast, we received a rude response with an indifferent attitude. He also offered a higher breakfast price than what was listed on the website. Unfortunately, it seems that no one cleans the room unless you complain after three days of sleeping without service. This hotel has earned my first negative review."

"I really liked the style of this hotel, very modern, and overall the experience was positive, due to the location the hotel is not very central but you can get around easily and cheaply with taxis, there is also the metro close, for cleanliness I would like to suggest checking the rooms better before checking in.. in our room we found spiders on the ceiling, the bed is made every 2 days.. the sheets are not changed regularly. One day we had to ask for towels because they hadn't even been changed, plus I would recommend adding a bathrobe for guests and a hand shower in the shower. Despite this, however, I liked the hotel and would return, very comfortable bed, rooms with windows overlooking the city, but above all CABINETS and shelves everywhere, recommended"

The hotel is beautifully designed and well maintained, with a pleasant and elegant atmosphere throughout. Cleanliness was also at a very high standard, both in the room and in the common areas. A special highlight was the fine dining restaurant located within the hotel. The food, presentation, service, and overall dining experience were truly excellent and added something very special to our stay. Overall, the hotel offers a great combination of comfort, style, convenience, and quality. I would gladly stay here again."
