"Kaukoliikenteen linja-autoasemaa vastapäätä sijainti on tärkein syy oleskelulleni. Huone ja kylpyhuone ovat melko suuria. Ensimmäinen huone oli ensimmäisessä kerroksessa (oikeastaan toisessa kerroksessa) ja ikkunoissa oli vakava ilmavuoto Ikkunalaudan alla olevat useat pistorasiat eivät olleet eristettyjä ja kylmä tuuli puhalsi pistorasioista sisään kuin ilmastointilaite olisi asennettu. Vastaanotto oli erittäin mukava, ja he muuttivat huoneeni seuraavana päivänä, mikä oli paljon parempi."

"Good bits first , on first glance the hotel is nice , good seating and relaxed atmosphere in the reception with a bar and restaurant , swimming pool , sauna , steam room , spa etc all nice , our room was spacious with two single beds room 301 , the TV needed replacing the picture suggested so , the WiFi was not good hit and miss , house keeping was absolutely horrendous they hardly came to clean the room , we had the same bedding for two weeks , rubbish we used to take it out ourselves and was once told to ta put in a bin outside of the front of the hotel , beds were never made , the room was never vaccumed and was only done once when my wife told a cleaner to do it , toilet roll we used to go to reception to ask for it. To finish the hotel has a lot of potential to be lovely but is badly let down by house keeping."

"Quite basic hotel. I took this for a few nights because of the pool. After spending time at the town it is nice to jump in the pool to cool down. Unfortunaltely the pool closed relatively early so night swimming was not possible. You can see the hotel is old, breakfast was not the best ones (i.e. the eggs even looked bad), and it is quite a long way from the center. On the other hand, not very pricy, pool was nice and in all easy place to stay."

Ystävällinen henkilöstö ja erinomainen bulgarialainen aamiainen. Nieto ja erittäin hyödyllinen kosketus huoneessa, kuten kenkä kirkas sieniä ja sauma kit. Mukava vuode ja keittiö, ja huoneinen kylpyhuone. Olisi onnellinen jäädä takaisin."

Further there are bugs in the room and it is very unhealthy to stay there for just one night. Not healthy room for people who have difficulties breathing normally. NEVER GO THERE it's and not Clean!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"I stayed at this hotel twice before and although it was pleasant, it wasn't any more than expected. This time was different though. I arrived 11.45pm and went straight to bed. Next night about 10pm i went to the balcony and on the curtain was a cockroach which I killed and kept to show the manager next day. The next day I left the hotel very early and returned late in the afternoon. I had a shower and then decided to take a nap. After a while I felt something crawling on my face, yes, a cockroach. I swiped off and it landed the other side of the bed so i pictured a videoed it. When I told the receptionist she put on a puzzled face claiming she did not know what a cockroach is. I invited her to come to my room to see them, which she did. She took a look at them on the floor which I covered with glasses and one of them was still alive. Asking to speak to the manager who was off at that time, she returned to reception. Shortly after, my hotel phone rang from receptionist and told me the manager suggested I keep the balcony door and the window closed. So the receptionist said she could give another room, but, I would have to pay extra. Because of this I decided to leave (and go to a different hotel Metropolitan. You must read my review of it) and then had the cheek to demand payment for that night. I just laughed, at their inability to provide any type of customer service. PS: I put the cockroaches in a clear plastic container and left them on the receptionist's desk. Didn't want to be charged with stealing hotel property lmao"

Breakfast was good in terms of spread but the room needs more tables - or separate the bigger tables as it was hard to find seating during the weekend at 8.30am… location was great next to the metro and an easy walk to Vitosha Boulevard."
