駅もすぐ近く交通の便は良い。 ホテルは室内も含めておしゃれで、スタッフの方も対応が良かったです。ecoを推奨しておりアメニティは歯ブラシなど最小限、水は部屋の洗面所に備え付けサーバーで飲めますが、ミネラルウォーターは無し。インスタントコーヒー、紅茶、ジャスミンのティーパックがありました。スリッパはふかふかで良かった。バスタオルを追加で頼みましたが、持ってきてくれなかったのは残念でした。

地下鉄駅出口目の前で出口から屋根がほぼあるので、大雨でない限り濡れません。 また、ショッピングモールが2階から繋がっていてロケーション最高です！ 部屋にハンドソープがあると良かったです。 チューブ状のアメニティ（ボディソープ）で代用するしかなく、使いにくかったです。 部屋そのものは広くて快適でした！

Overall, my experience at the hotel has been good. The rooms are comfortable, and the staff is generally friendly. However, one consistent downside during every stay has been the long queues at the reception for both check-in and check-out.

住了好幾次，都非常好，唯一就是床品很潮，前台小哥哥給換了房間，非常好

At a quiter end of Orchard Road. Convenient access to Tanglin Mall which has plenty of foood and cafe options. Nearby Orchard Boulevard MRT. Breakfast in the morning was very good and halal too.

I visited Jen Tanglin during Token2049 in Sep 2024, I really enjoyed staying in the hotel for a week. The room service is good, food is good, environment is good, even the customers are good and polite. I promised them to visit them again and I did in Nov 2024 for another business trip. For me, my most enjoyed food during the breakfast buffet is the bread pudding. It's just tastes good, what's your opinion on this?

酒店樓下就是地鐵TE線1號出口，機場來回和出行都很方便。周邊是使館區，比較安靜。去植物園和烏節路都是一站地鐵。

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful with our requests. We were pleasantly surprised and had a great stay. Would come back in the future :)
