Amrise Hotel Kitchener arvostelua

Wir waren mit dem Aufenthalt nicht zufrieden. Die Zimmer stinken nach Urin und man riecht dass mal im Zimmer geraucht wurde und sie den Gestank nicht richtig entfernen konnten. Die Klimaanlage pfeift so laut, dass man nicht schlafen konnte. Rezeption war neutral, nicht wirklich sehr nett. Putzkraft klingelte um 9 Uhr, obwohl Check-Out um 12 Uhr ist. Als ich die Tür aufmachte, war er schon weg. Die Zimmerisolierung ist sehr schlecht - man hört einfach alles, was im Flur abgeht. Für den Preis ist die Qualität schlecht.

Overall, it is nice! The hotel was near city square mall, mrt, restaurants and etc. The lobby was 24hrs open, as we arrived at 2am. Kind of tight space but It's bearable and not so tight. What I just noticed js that it is not so clean like the hallway.

The staff is kind. The location is just next to bugis where shopping never ends 🥰. The room is very clean. They changed everything everyday. It has a fridge, hair dryer, it's perfect for a family.

The room is clean and but the shower head is spoilt

極度不推薦 工作人員沒有事先說明清楚吸煙區範圍 並且用不禮貌的態度想要索取罰款 整棟樓外走道裝修，不論搬移行李或是搭車都不方便 房間屋況不如網站一般，照片跟實際差很多 許多壁紙脫皮、角落發霉。 並且有許多應召小姐常駐在內偷接客，飯店卻裝作不知道 第一次住到如此不堪的酒店

Air condition is really old. It sounds so annoying and not cool at all. Smells is bad like many old shoes inside room. Not recommended at all.

It's great experience in this hotel, and we are very much pleased to have best services from hotel management.

One major downside was the poor soundproofing in the rooms. I could hear conversations and noises from the hallway and neighboring rooms, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. It was a bit disappointing, especially since the rest of the stay was quite pleasant. The staff was friendly, and the room was clean and comfortable, but if you're someone who values peace and quiet during your stay, you might find this a bit disruptive. Hopefully, they can address this issue in the future.
