It was a bad experience on our first stay. Was asked to wait as the counter staff had gone to buy something. A foreign worker also came and waited near the counter. When the male counter staff came back, I immediately went forward to pass him our identifications {my child and mine} for registration. The foreign worker also did so. The counter staff returned my child’s identification back to me almost immediately but not my own. After a while, he returned my identification and the foreign worker’s identification to the foreign worker! The foreign worker then passed to me. I said to the counter staff, “Hey..that is my identification card!” He just ignored me and handed the document for the foreign worker to sign. I then asked, “I came first, why is he being served first?” The counter staff replied nonchalantly in Chinese, “I thought you are together.” I was upset and said, “Oh my..how could you assume that?” He said, “I already filled his name halfway.” I had no other choice but to wait further. When the foreign worker left. The counter staff asked me, “For how many hours?” I said, “Huh? I already had a booking a long time ago! Could you please check!” I was speechless! How unprofessional! When my registration was finally done, not a word of thanks or any apologies from the counter staff. He then hurried off to gobble up his meal like he hadn’t eaten for days that he had went out to buy earlier. Wow..such poor attitude and service! I was extremely upset and disappointed!
