服務很好，有專門的中文服務人員，很熱情，送了很多飲料很好喝，還送了小朋友棒棒糖冰箱貼，位置非常好，出門就是環球和海洋館，捷運站也很近，就是附近吃的比較少，性價比很高的一個酒店，裏面還有一條化粧品奢侈品街可以逛，地下是賭場，早餐也很豐盛，滿意

房間床太小了，其他都很不錯。

酒店不算奢華，但很新很實用，關鍵位置絕佳，就在名勝世界站附近，去哪裡都很方便！酒店外面還在施工，影響景觀，但不影響入住體驗，服務很好，看我們兩家人，還給我們安排連通房❤

入住體驗很好，酒店實際離imbiah輕軌站更近一些。房間面積很大，還有陽台，室內有吊扇也有空調，整體很舒適，從連廊可以去環球，水世界水世界什麼的，都很方便。服務也很好，中午服務也不錯。 拿酒店訂單，可以在vivocity拿進島的地鐵票，後續每天去前台拍照二維碼就好。 美中不足，淋雨水流有點太小了。

El hotel es muy lindo, la pileta espectacular y el desayuno excelente. Lo mejor es que está a 150 metros de la entrada a Universal Studios, se llega a través de galería con tiendas de lujo. Pudimos sacar las entradas para el parque con descuento en la recepción del hotel. El personal de recepción y consergería muy atento y eficiente. En la recepción hay comida y bebida en venta. Además de Universal, isla Sentosa tiene otras atracciones interesantes. No dudaría en volver a este hotel.

第二次來聖淘沙入住，選擇了ora入住2晚，從check in的時候就很有好感，特別是前台工作人員Betty提供中文服務，溝通流暢，看到有小朋友，還送了棒棒糖和冰箱貼，加了微信，發送了很多實用訊息，酒店很新房間也很大，比上一次入住的遠東那家大很多，還有陽台，早餐也很棒，每一種都很好吃，還有鮮榨果汁開啟元氣滿滿的度假時光。去環球影城和水上樂園都是步行可達，十分方便，下次來還會選擇這家！服務人員的服務意識也都很好，推推！

Our family had a truly wonderful experience during our four-night stay at Hotel Ora. The room was comfortable and well-appointed, providing the perfect retreat after days of exploration and leisure. We were consistently impressed by the warmth and professionalism of Hotel Ora staff - Skyler; she went out of her way to ensure every aspect of our stay was pleasant and seamless. It truly felt like a home away from home. We are already looking forward to returning in the future. Thank you for making our visit so memorable!
