The hotel is old. The bath tub is not in good condition  Lack of parking

Old style hotel but having all amenities, recommended.

The hotel is ok, location not as convenient,must drive to get food

Overall, it was a satisfactory stay. The food and seminar venue is good. Except the lack of power socket in the guest room. Please upgrade the facility to cater new gen travellers with a lot of power socket (the best is including USB port socket) & traveller's toothbrush and toothpaste. Thank you.

I recently stayed at Katerina Hotel and was very pleased with my experience. The hotel is well-located, offering both convenience and relaxation. The room was modern, cozy, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff was attentive and made sure all my needs were met. I especially enjoyed the quality of the breakfast and the peaceful ambiance. It’s a perfect place for both business and leisure trips. Highly recommend!

furniture lama wpon 4 star hotel, sarung lampu bertahi lalat haha, aircond & hot water function elok, parking free keliling hotel, location kat tgh bandar bp

Room: old and classic. need to clean dust in the room especially at the aircond. control panel for all electrical appliances not sure its working or just for show off purpose. pool: need to open the filter when pool is operating for guest. when i use the pool the filter is not operating. i can see dirts in the pool.
