"Shenzhen Dongmen's Top Choice | A Treasure Hotel I've Rebooked Countless Times – Must Praise! Every time I come to Luohu Dongmen for business, I invariably choose RANZ Hotel. Having stayed here so many times, I genuinely like it more and more with each visit, so I absolutely had to write a positive review! The location is truly exceptional, right in the heart of Dongmen Pedestrian Street, next to Maoye Commercial Plaza. As soon as you step downstairs, there are countless shops, offering shopping and dining right at your fingertips. It’s incredibly convenient whether you're here for business or just to explore and eat – no need to go out of your way at all. The value for money truly exceeds expectations! Many small hotels in Dongmen are cramped, stuffy, and oppressive, but the rooms here are particularly spacious, with expansive and bright window views. There's absolutely no sense of being squeezed in like in smaller hotels; you feel completely comfortable as soon as you check in. The front desk staff are all attentive and enthusiastic, always ready to help and incredibly thoughtful. The rooms are also well-equipped with all sorts of amenities, meeting all daily needs. What touched me the most is that the hotel genuinely listens to guest feedback! Last time I stayed, I casually mentioned that the toilet seat wasn't clean enough. This time, when I returned, they had already provided disposable toilet seat covers. Their attention to hygiene is impeccable. This willingness to listen and improve on such details is truly heartwarming and deserves immense praise! I've already made this my go-to place to stay whenever I visit Dongmen. "Enzo vastaanotossa oli erittäin kohtelias ja omistautunut – sata peukkua ylös! Kaikki muu henkilökunta ja jopa robotti olivat erittäin ammattitaitoisia! Hotellin sisustus on tyylikäs ja käytännöllinen! Huone oli tilava ja valoisa, ja siinä oli 1,3 metriä leveä sänky ja erittäin käyttäjäystävällinen valaistus. Siinä oli sähköverhot, sähköavusteinen kylpyhuoneen ovi, sähköinen wc-puhdistin ja tilava suihku, jossa oli voimakas vedenpaine. Kaiken kaikkiaan olin erittäin tyytyväinen! Oleskeluni oli erittäin mukava! Suosittelen sitä ehdottomasti sukulaisille ja ystävilleni!"

"Uskomatonta puhdas huone, ei hajua tai mitään. Hyvää ennakoiva vastaanotto ja puhdas lobba väriaineita. Huone itsessään on mukava ja iso, vuode on pehmeä ja mukava. Sijainti on myös erinomainen, lähellä asemaa sekä lähellä paljon kauppoja + malli. Kylpyhuone oli spotless, ehkä puhdasin hotellin kylpyhuone, jonka olen nähnyt. Kaikki oli kirkas ja kiiltävä, vesipaine ja kuuma vesi on myös täydellinen. Yleensä fantastinen oleskelu."

Verrattuna lähistöllä oleviin, hinta-laatusuhde on edelleen erittäin korkea. Huoneiden ympäristö näyttää suhteellisen mukavalta ja etäisyys on myös lyhyt. Olen varannut monta kertaa sen avaamisen jälkeen. Kokemus on erittäin hyvä. Tulen uudelleen ensi kerralla."

"For this business trip, I chose the only Hilton Garden Inn in Shenzhen Dongmen, and my stay was absolutely fantastic. Everything was impeccable, from check-in to check-out, both handled by the same front desk staff member, Xiao Guan. Her service was polite, enthusiastic, and she quickly responded to and resolved all my issues during my stay. The room was clean and tidy, and when housekeeping cleaned for my extended stay, they even provided two extra bottles of water. The breakfast spread offered a comprehensive selection of both Chinese and Western options – it was great to be able to have a hearty meal before heading to my meetings. The hotel's location is also excellent, with the subway right downstairs. Dongmen Old Street and Kingglory Plaza fulfilled all my shopping and dining needs. I'll definitely choose this place again for my next business trip. Full marks!"
