"A friend recommended this place, and it definitely didn't disappoint! My room window faced the main street, and when the lights came on at night, the whole street lit up beautifully. I stood there for a while, watching the cars go by, and found it quite relaxing. The breakfast was much better than I expected, with hot congee, freshly cooked noodles, fried eggs, and several side dishes – a really satisfying start to the day. The room was clean, the mattress was just right (not too soft, not too firm), and the heating was excellent, so I slept soundly. The location is super convenient, with the subway right downstairs, making it easy to get anywhere. Overall, I felt it was great value for money and not expensive at all. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Shenyang."

Its location is excellent, very close to Shenyang Station and Taiyuan Street subway, making it super convenient for shopping, getting around, and catching trains. The overall decor is modern and light luxury, feeling both high-end and clean, with a fantastic ambiance. The room was spacious and bright with great natural light. The bedding was soft and comfortable, the bathroom had a wet/dry separation, and the soundproofing was excellent, making for a very pleasant stay. The front desk staff, especially Zhining, was incredibly warm and helpful. It's my top choice for business trips or tourism, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Shenyang."

"This is my second stay at Shangri-La, and it was just as delightful as the first! They contacted me a day in advance to discuss check-in, and even prepared a special pillow and toiletries for my child. My license plate was also pre-registered. The room was clean and tidy, well-equipped, and the bedding was so comfortable I slept soundly. Selina from Guest Relations provided warm and attentive service, making check-in and check-out a breeze. The hotel's location is excellent, right opposite MixC City, accessible via an underground pass, and parking is convenient. Breakfast was plentiful, and the Horizon Club offered exquisite à la carte dishes. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in Shenyang!"

They even have a robot to deliver takeout. The front desk service was excellent!!"
