"Quite a nice and spacious room. I slept very well. Unlike some Premier Inns, which are very run down, this hotel seems to be well maintained. The room was very nice, but there is no desk for working. That wasn’t an issue this time, but it would have been had this been a business trip. I did the mistake of having breakfast. The items were old and not very good at all."

"The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable  We had breakfast which was decent full Yorkshire  The hotel is close to Sheffield Wednesday football ground so would be handy if staying over after a match there’s a supermarket with a petrol station next to the hotel and many places to go and have an evening meal and drinks  I would use it again"

"This was my 4th time this year staying at this hotel and each time got better and better The hotel itself is an older style hotel but that gives it character Rooms are very spacious unlike the newer hotels and very clean There's a great atmosphere when entering the hotel to check in all the way through to depart I will surly l return again when back in Sheffield"

"I wouldn't consider this a good stay, as I encountered several issues. First, the check-in process was a hassle since this hotel doesn't have a front desk. I spent hours calling the hotel, facing either "Line busy" or no response after a long wait. If it wasn’t for Trip.com's customer service finally connecting with the hotel, I wouldn’t have known what to do. Second, the wooden door in my room was difficult to close; it required a hard push and made a loud "bang." The glass sliding door of the shower room was also problematic, it fell out on my first pull, and I'm certainly not strong enough to break a door with just one pull. Lastly, and most frustratingly, was the toilet paper situation. It was my first time encountering a toilet without a single roll of paper. I can't imagine what I would be if I hadn't brought my own in my bag that day. On a positive note, the room was well-equipped with a fridge, oven, heater, toaster, and even an iron, which suggests the hotel might have been quite good when the things are all good a few years ago, but not now."
