The most beautiful hotel in Sharm El Sheikh in terms of cleanliness, service, treatment and food. They have wonderful food and the staff always have a smile on their faces. On behalf of myself and my family, I thank them all, one by one.

I love this hotel!! It’s so clean, lots to do, friendly staff, and the food is good (the deserts weren’t so great they were just alright). My tips would be to bring a converter because only ONE plug worked and it was a struggle to keep my things charged 😆 Another thing is, I wish the waiters had table sections. This way 5 people don’t disturb your meal asking if you need a drink. It’s right on the beach!

不知道這家酒店的好評都是怎麼打出來的，第一天給我們安排的池景房，電話用不了，衞生間的洗漱用品估計八百年沒換過，床單和被單上面相當明顯的污漬。去前台投訴給我換了個屋子，被單還是爛掉的。真的是無語。我們自己在外面買的水，結果退房的時候説要付款2歐元，我們説我們沒有動過minibar裏的飲品，結果就不要了，這就是詐我唄？這家酒店30%服務員是不錯的，70%是歧視的，拉個臉皺個眉，一見到歐美人笑的跟奴才似的。這家酒店不推薦！不要被全包酒店所迷惑，全包就意味着衹會滿足你最基本的飲食需求，不用期待有什麼好東西。去沙姆，請直接住四季。

不錯的哦！就是餐食味道一般、但酒店很大，環境也很好，潛水沒有免費的麪鏡，這點不如我定的另一家，其他都還行。

沙姆沙伊赫的海岸線邊有非常多度假村也不乏大集團的，因為出行的人數多考慮到價格敏感不一樣，選了這家算是性價比之王，讓人驚喜的是我們入住的第一天是大年三十，雖然對埃及的食物沒有任何要求，畢竟受中東飲食的影響太深，反正都是地獄級別的，可酒店高層在大年三十的這一天滿酒店偶遇中國客人，想為大家準備一場年夜酒會，雖然最後衹有十來個中國人，可依舊非常用心準備了酒會，這讓人非常感動，驚喜是酒店的海岸線非常美

房間雖然有陽台，但並沒有窗，所以攜程的描述是有問題的。酒店的服務捉襟見肘，在房間等行李等了半個小時。所謂的海景，從陽台望出去也就是很遠很小的一塊。酒店所處的地理位置是不適合浮潛的，反正在酒店裡衹能在游泳池這裏躺着，要海上項目必須要出去。酒店整體設施還不錯，乾淨漂亮。

優點：酒店要下午兩點才可以辦入住，我們中午就到了，前台把我們的箱子進行了存儲，然後給我們掛了手牌，讓我們先去餐廳吃午飯，吃完兩點去房間已經準備好了，有服務生帶着我們去房間，箱子送到房間裏面，餐廳的飯菜還可以，中國胃可以挑着吃，酒店的工作人員尤其是餐廳水吧之類的，都非常熱情～重點是：房間挺乾淨的！廁所衞生也不錯～設施現代化乾淨這點對女生來説很重要！沙灘確實浪很大很大很大很大，沒敢下去。酒店自己有泳池，水吧雞尾酒挺好喝。有瑜伽課各種課程沒去上看見有人在上
