1.前台服務很差，情緒不穩定的人，容易激動 2.用餐環境也很差 3.房間的窗户還是壞了的，安全性較差（不推薦中國人入住）

All was good until i realised that i cannot charge the phone coz of the old socket. Reception sent me to buy adapter to the shop.

Долго заселялись, но это была не вина отеля а наша. Заселились на часов 4-5, сразу это обозначили и заплатили за сутки в итоге в бассейн не попал, он работа по часам женское время и мужское)) При этом это на заселении не сказали! Спросили сауна и хамам работают ответ да только на месте надо включить, спустился специалист час пытался их включить но упорно не обращался к руководству, в итоге обратился сам, через час разобрались в кнопками хамам включили, сауну нет, к тому времени уже собирались на вылет. В номере орала какая-то сигнализация...не рекомендую. Зря оплаченные деньги за бассейн и сауну которые не работали…..

I’ve been staying in this hotel frequently for work. The staff is very good and helpful. Sometimes there are missing items in some rooms like soap holder or coffee table so it depends on the room.

The tottaly good comfort bed cozy room the hotel responsibility and treats also good. This hotel far for transportation so you are need taxi or get a rent a car . Breakfast not bad The room doesn't have sliper and Hair dryer should request.
