"Facilities: The old building we stayed in had facilities that were just about acceptable, within expectations. However, the soundproofing was a bit poor, and I noticed a patch on the bedsheet (P4). While it shows a commendable virtue of thrift, it still felt a bit off-putting and didn't exceed expectations. Hygiene: Although the equipment is old, it's still clean and tidy. Environment: Full marks! The hotel's overall construction and public areas are impeccable, beautifully showcasing the aesthetics of Jiangnan gardens. It's fantastic whether it's raining or sunny. Overall, it's definitely worth experiencing a stay here. Service: The service was very good. The cleaning staff were enthusiastic when they saw us, and they were proactive in asking about forgotten items in the room."

"Our stay was absolutely perfect! Every corner of the hotel is picturesque, offering beautiful photo opportunities that easily rival popular scenic spots, but with a unique江南 (Jiangnan) style. A special shout-out to Mr. Chen Fu, our shuttle driver. We arrived quite late, around 10 PM, amidst a heavy downpour, and the shuttle service was almost ending. He thoughtfully covered our sleeping child with a towel to prevent them from getting wet. After dropping us off, he walked us to our room, holding an umbrella and even helped with our luggage. Such a small act of kindness truly warmed our hearts. Thumbs up to him! At checkout, Ms. Xiao Xie from the concierge was incredibly attentive, helping us with our luggage to the car and proactively assisting with the checkout process. Big praises for her! Assistant Lobby Manager Mr. Xiao Lü also had a wonderful attitude. We're definitely looking forward to coming back and trying out different room types! Shaoxing is truly beautiful!"

"The hotel is conveniently located near attractions like Lu Xun's Former Residence, with easy access to major sights by bus or taxi. The facilities are comprehensive, and the lobby is spacious, bright, and stylish. Our room was clean and tidy, featuring a French window leading to a balcony with a great view. The bedding was comfortable, and the breakfast was good with a decent variety. They also have a parking lot and EV charging stations, making it very convenient for those driving. We had a pleasant stay! 😀"

The overall environment is also quite good."

The only drawback was the attention to detail; the showerhead sprayed water everywhere, and when turned on, it sprayed water directly down from the ceiling, making it difficult to dodge. However, this minor flaw doesn't detract from the overall experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it. Thank you very much to Ctrip for the recommendation."

I specifically requested a high-floor room, but they gave me the 6th floor. However, when I went to bed at 11:30, I discovered that the hotel hadn't installed any soundproof windows at all; it seemed to be single-pane glass? The audio-visual experience was exactly the same as listening to the street below—the horns were incessant. Plus, in Shaoxing, cars still honk their horns at 1 or 2 AM! 🥲 The experience was terrible. Because it's a new hotel, the cleanliness, facilities, and space were decent, but the lack of soundproof windows alone is enough to give it a 0/10. What kind of hotel can't even provide a comfortable sleeping environment?! The front desk staff were extremely unprofessional, seemingly untrained. They recorded the wrong room card for the previous guest during check-in, thankfully the other person noticed. Check-in was slow and they seemed unfamiliar with the process."
