Good hotel with a convenient location: a nice neighborhood and a metro station nearby, making it easy to get around the city. There is a small gym, as well as washing and drying machines, which is very convenient for longer stays. Housekeeping was done frequently and well. The room also had a smart toilet. The view from the window was pleasant. On the downside, it was not possible to connect a laptop to the TV via HDMI. The room felt a bit outdated, and the floor was damaged. There was only one bedside table for two beds. There were not many European power sockets, and the USB sockets did not work. Sound insulation was poor, and because there is a tennis court on the roof, it was possible to hear people playing. Overall, a decent option thanks to the location and basic comfort, but the room could use some renovation.

Courtyard by Marriott Shanghai Xujiahui offers a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and modern style in one of Shanghai’s most vibrant districts. The rooms are clean, spacious, and well-designed, featuring comfortable beds and city views. The breakfast buffet is excellent with a wide international and local selection. Staff are friendly, professional, and attentive to details. Its location near Xujiahui Metro Station makes it ideal for exploring the city, shopping, or business trips. A dependable and well-managed hotel for both leisure and business travelers.

Good hotel service as staff is helpful. Good food breakfast and have wide variety of food. However it is a distance to walk to Metro station as we have lots of luggage to carry

We stayed 3 nights in Dec 2025. We enjoyed our stay very much. The room was clean and room temperature was set to our expectations. Breakfast was a good spread and was delicious. Location was near to xujiahui Park where we could see the beautiful autumn foliage.

Varasimme tavallisen king size -huoneen, mutta vastaanoton kaveri päivitti sen supersuureksi huoneeksi. Se oli erittäin tilava ja ylellinen! Kylpytuotteet olivat kaikki Lelaboa, hiustenkuivaaja Dysonia, peili Amiroa ja kylpyammeen vieressä oli kylpysuolaa ja kylpypusseja peseytymistä varten. Kynsisakset ja muut tarvitsemamme tavarat toimitettiin välittömästi. Huoneemme (21. kerros) lattiasta kattoon ulottuvista ikkunoista oli näkymä kaupunkiin yöllä. Sänky oli myös erittäin pehmeä ja mukava. Voidaan sanoa, että se on Atourin superluksus plus -versio. Erittäin suositeltavaa!

Jianguo Hotel ei ole hyvällä paikalla.Yli 600 hengen huoneet ja kylpyhuone todella pieniä.Jopa tuuletin rikki! Palveluasenne ei todellakaan ole hyvä, paljon huonompi kuin Xin Jinjiang. Ystäväni meni illalla taksille eikä osannut sanoa suuntaa. Hän kysyi portilla naispuoliselta leivonnaistarjoajalta, jolla oli naamio. Hänen asenteensa oli kärsimätön. Se oli liian kurjaa. Selvä! Et osaa puhua hyvin! Tämä palvelu vaikeuttaa ystäväni kutsua taksia kiireessä, enkä halua riidellä hänen kanssaan! En jää tänne uudelleen, kun menen Shanghaihin tulevaisuudessa!

The location is really convenient, super close to metro station line15, and 1km from line10 which connects with hongqiao railway station. There is KFC, manner coffee, luckin coffee, Starbucks around the hotel as well. Room service was nice as well, they are not fluent in English but willing to help as much as they could. We ordered delivery food at midnight and it was served to our room door by robot.😎✨👍

It has been forth time staying this hotel. - location is closed to a business center, office building, park, supermarkets, restaurant&cafe, and metro in a walking distance. And it's 20-30 mins by car to Hongqiao rail way station and airport. But the metro is approx 1km which is not so close to walk - The hotel vibe is really good. It's quiet and relax hotel. There is a good tea and snack prepared for guess at the lobby - Staffs cannot speak English but helpful and service mind. We can communicate through the translator on mobile. Communication is not a problem - Breakfast is quality and varieties which some menu could be changed daily but some is fixed - the picture I shared is a nearby park which you can walk to relax and enjoy Shanghai life in the morning time

First off I love the Pullman. I usually understand that most Pullman hotels and some hotels under the ALL Accor brand usually are a bit dated but usually still have a bit of magic in it. Unfortunately this one has lost it. We’ve stayed here before about 2 years ago but it’s significantly gone downhill from even then. At that point we felt it was dated, but it’s just bad now. The hotel itself is in a great area, if you are traveling and using the train station. But…It’s old. No other way to put it. The amenities are dated, badly. Pool actually is used by local Shanghai residents, who are using it quite frequently. They look at you as if you are a nuisance if you are just enjoying the pool and not swimming laps…also it has mold growing inside on the pillars. You can see it when you go under water with goggles. The gym is old, the towels and sheets are stained. The robes in the rooms are stained and old. The wallpaper is peeling off and the room stays warm even with the air conditioning and windows open. It was actually too hot in the room and we couldn’t get the temperature below 23. This is without the hot air on and the windows open. The breakfast is ok, but the restaurant uses paper cups which is unusual. The tables are very old and used, and the couches in the restaurant were used in the 80’s I’m sure. Overall this hotel needs to be renovated especially for the price we pay. I love Accor but we won’t be staying here again until it gets upgraded.
