立地は良く食事に困ることはありません。満足です。

Walking distance to Xu Ka Hui, good for business travelers

床枕頭最為滿意，有點睡眠障礙的也能休息的好。前台服務也不錯

酒店不錯，房間預留了早上入住也沒問題。也可以延遲退房挺人性化

很有設計感

看我們帶着孩子，前台建議我們升房，房間配套非常好，乾濕分離、有衣帽間、客用空間和床分開，還有單邊景觀。酒店的早餐非常多元化，中西式、咖啡也非常美味，水吧服務員也認得我們，主動詢問今天還否需要咖啡，這舉措非常温暖。帶孩子出行多天，酒店的餸洗和烘乾服務非常方便，而且速度也夠快，不過會縮水的衣服小心不要送去烘乾。🤣

First: There is NO pool. Second: There is no GYM. If you book because they advertise this, it will be a bad surprise. Rooms are okay but not outstanding. Our first room was loud as it was facing the street and insulation between rooms is also bad. It also had a bad smell. We changed to another room and floor. First they wanted to give us a room with only a tiny window, but we insisted on a better view and finally got it. The staff is helpful and polite but slow and not really customer oriented: eg why don’t they hand out free breakfast as an apology for all those things going wrong? Well, can’t blame the young staff. They are nice and even speak good English but the hotel management seems to be a problem. Finally we did not extend our stay after 3 nights (planned 11 more nights) simply for these missing points one can get much better accommodation in Shanghai at a better value price point. Lesson learned: never assume the hotel description is accurate! See the place, before booking long term stays.

挺好的入住舒服

房間寬敞乾淨，位置方便，離地鐵站近，早餐也比較豐盛，工作人員服務態度挺好，就是送的下午茶和宵夜有點一言難盡，還不如不送，總體入住體驗不錯。

前台服務很好，很熱情，我們一家三口出行給升級成了大套房，房間大了也舒適很多。下次還會考慮住這家。酒店出行也方便。
