Sadly not the best experience at the hotel.
The pros :
front desk handled check in and out fast and efficiently, they responded to queries well and could communicate in English.
Maintenance was kind and cheerful (the blinds in the bathroom shower got jammed ) they fixed it in no time and had a good attitude.
The hotel itself is beautiful and large, it’s new.
There’s a 1 x free shuttle to Disney land and back to hotel.
Cons :
Housekeeping did not do their job.
I just checked to see if the service is stated on the amenities but don’t see any, maybe that’s why it was dirty. Hair on the floor and shower floor still had footprints from whoever used the room last, only beds were made everyday, used cups were not replaced the first day of cleaning. ( I stayed 3 nights here, I tried to keep it neat as possible since no cleaning took place - left the room early and came back late since I spent 2 days at Disney) The room is new but with the lack of daily housekeeping I can see the shower slowly forming a brown color which will turn moldy, floors dull and the floors of the room scuffed and dirty.
I was too tired the second night from Disney land and forgot to call in to mention the lack of hygiene, and the third I assumed it would be cleaned during the day because I placed the change sheets card on the bed.
Sewer smell is strong in the room probably from the lack of cleaning and washing too.
I didn’t have breakfast during the 3 day stay, so I can’t comment on that.
The hotel is very large and beautiful, rooms big and spacious but with improving the housekeeping the hotel would be a wonderful stay!!! I hope this feedback will strengthen service because it is a nice place to stay. ❤️
