Great staff, nice location, but the bed sheets i found, weren't that clean, small cockroaches roaming around, spiders in the corners of the room, and on top of that, there was a lot of noise at night from other guests next door, laughing and speaking very loud at 4 am. If you had a late flight and want some rest, i don't recommend this place because getting some sleep is not guaranteed.

สำหรับเรา เมื่อต้องต่อเครื่องที่ KUL โรงแรมนี้ คือ ตัวเลือกอันดับต้นๆในการจอง และเข้าพัก. การบริการ การเช็คอินท์ พนักงานให่การตอนรับเป้นอย่างดี. หน้าโรงแรม มีร้านสะดวกซื้อ ร้านอาหาร สะดวกมากๆ. ห้องพักเล็กไปหน่อย แต่สำหรับการพักต่อเครื่อง ไมมีปัญหา... ทางโรงแรม มีบริการเรียกรถไปส่งสนามบิน จ่าย 30 ริงกิต.

Bedsheets is dirty and very strong bad smells..it's not changed after the previous guest..

I recently stayed at The Grand Oak Hotel and had a wonderful experience. From check-in to check-out, the staff was welcoming and attentive, ensuring a smooth arrival. The room was spacious, immaculately clean, and well-appointed with modern amenities, including a comfortable bed, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a flat-screen TV. The bathroom was equally impressive, featuring a rainfall shower and premium toiletries. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city, with major attractions just a short walk away. I particularly enjoyed the rooftop bar, offering stunning views and a relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, with a wide selection of fresh, delicious options to start the day. Overall, The Grand Oak Hotel exceeded my expectations in every aspect. Whether you're visiting for business or leisure, it’s a fantastic choice for comfort, convenience, and exceptional service. I’ll definitely be back!
