I can't thank the staff enough on how accommodating they were to me . I booked for two nights and extended it to 4. I would have done all 10 days but they were booked. One of the managers walked with me to the best money exchange and did all the talking for me. When I left it was very complicated to get to my new location. The owner/ manager ( a second staff member) walked with me and my two heavy bags for 15 minutes and carried my bags up to the new location. I could not get a taxi to take me because it was too close and in the middle of the shopping street . He was worried I would not find it on my own or be able to carry the bags that far. He told me he was 76 years old. He stole my heart. The location was perfect across the street from all the shopping . Restaurant's next door . 7/11 steps away. Metro station 2 minute walk and airport bus stop 4 min walk. They kept all common areas very clean. They have huge lockers downstairs and they carried my bags upstairs. The sheets and beddings were very white and clean . I highly recommend this place to everyone. I'm from USA and have very high expectations and they exceded all of them . Thank you Philstay I'll be back.

臨晨到達工作人員會把房間號和密碼貼在樓下，很好找，八人間床鋪位置挺大的，床簾私密性也比較好，洗手間也很乾凈，有早餐，下次去我還會定這家。

タオルが2枚あるのが嬉しいがドライヤーが少ない 立地が最高 同じ部屋になった人次第で寝れるかどうかが決まる為、むしろこの宿泊施設より自分の運の方が大事

我們把行李寄存在飯店前台，我在旅行時用過它。那裡的工作人員非常友善，如果有機會，我肯定願意再次使用它。當我住在飯店時，這是一個值得的好地方。

Have always been staying here when travelling solo as the location is really very convenient! Nice & friendly staffs who is always there to help you if needed.

前台會說中文，不用擔心。 除了廁所有奇怪味道之外 其他都還算很ok 離地鐵站非常近 一樓也有行李暫存的位子 一個人住宿還蠻推薦的

位置十分的好就在明洞地鐵站旁邊，走路也就2分鐘。但是可能就是因為這樣很多代購住在這裏，不能夠好好休息因為永遠有人在拆包裝打包，真的很煩。其它的都挺好的

明洞駅出てすぐなのでコンサート終わりで遅かったけど不安は無く部屋も静かだった！ 暗証番号のタイプだったのでチェックアウトをどうやってするのか説明が無く分からなかった為、ホテルの人が来るの待ってたけどそのまま退出してOKだった…！重たいキャリーケースを1回まで運んでくれて助かりましたm(*_ _)m駅近だし明洞なので良き！また泊まります！ タオルが小さいのしか無いのでバスタオルがあったら良いなと思います…！！

Price and location push points. Made a request for specific bunk bed and even paid for 4 bed room, however the request was missed out in the system. Service staff was very apologetic and tried her best to make alternative arrangements. All these could have been avoided if there’s proper handling. Requested for lower bunk bed as I was staying for multiple days. Definitely a hassle to climb up/down. Noisy environment as some guests do not have basic social awareness

プライバシーが守られているドミトリー 1人分のロッカーもスーツケースが入るサイズで とても綺麗！ 希望したら毎日清掃の方がタオルを替えてくれます！ 泊まっている人も清潔で素敵な人ばかりでした チェックインが遅くなったのですが、セキュリティの対応も完璧でした 1人旅の人に是非おすすめしたい！
