"Hotel was nice and clean ,room is big ,hotel restaurant is very good . But beach area needs to be cleaned"

"Lovely stay, there are a lot of activities you can do in the resort( hot spring, games, live shows) and much more. The staff went out and above to make sure we enjoyed ourselves, Jay the supervisor was very helpful, he would tell about events happening that day and even take us there. It was a great experience we even extended our stay because there was so much to do❤️. I definitely recommend this hotel. There’s a Western restaurant and Bar and it has a sea view."

"Sijainti on hyvä, yönäkymä on uskomattoman kaunis. Mutta hotellilla on hyvin vähän tietoa vieraidensa yksityisyydestä. Hotellihenkilökunta tuli huoneeseemme ilman kutsua kun pukeuduin, toinen hotellityöntekijä otti kuvamme kysymättä, etutoimistojohtaja pitää kaikki ulkomaisten passi kuvia hänen henkilökohtaisessa puhelimessa. Should not hotel provide working phone to its staff if it’s required to keep personal information from guests on phone? k Myös hotellin hinta ei vastaa palvelua, jota he tarjoavat. Hotellihuoneen pinnat olivat pölyä, ja ne eivät puhdista kunkin vierailijan, löysimme pari kenkiä edellisiltä vierailijoilta. Huone ei tarjonnut juomavettä."

"What an amazing place!!! We stayed at the Senzeyuan Hotel which is nicer than the other two hotels in my opinion. Service and cleanliness was excellent and the ladies at the front desk were so helpful and kind. Feng Ting patiently gave us information and quickly responded to any requests we had during our stay. We were very close to the beach and hot spring / water park. There are so many things to do! I went with my daughters and they had a great time. The show and beach party was their favorite! We enjoyed our dinners at the western cafe by the beach. I wish there were more restaurants and things opened but I understand not many people come to the beach in October. I also want to thank the staff at the hot spring/ water park for being so caring. My daughter had a minor emergency and they were very concerned and even walked us back to our room. We felt very taken care of and will definitely be back!"

"Service was impeccable. The hotel was right in front of the beach and offered amazing views to all, not just to high paying customers for certain rooms. The architecture is artful and the rooms simple but beautiful. The food was good, staff were very friendly and helpful, and the hotel shuttles were extremely convenient to book. I'll definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who comes to Aranya. Worth it"
