"Huone oli puhdas ja moderni. Hyvää kokoa ja hyvin hiljainen ja mukava yhden yön oleskelu lentokentän lähellä. Ainoa kysymys oli, kun yöllä yritimme soittaa laiva lentokentältä , numero ei voi mennä läpi. Muuten se on todella mukava hotelli jäädä. Olimme voineet käyttää aamulla ohjauspyörä päästä lentokentälle aikaisin."

"The hotel staff are friendly, but not helpful. The washing machine was not working after I paid and put in the clothes and detergent, then I called the front, then they told me the washing machine is not working. I asked them why didn’t they put out a notice, the front desk said he just found out when I call. At the beginning he asked me to wait till the next morning, then they can call the washing machine company to try to give me a refund. Anyways, they are not sure about if I get refund or not!!! At the end, going back and forth, the front desk agree to refund me in cash and give some detergent to go to another floor for the laundry. I arrive Seattle late around 11pm in the evening with the car. I paid for the daily fee for parking. As I will be leaving Seattle only few hours after checking out, they told me I could not leave the car in the garage until late afternoon because they need the space. I said I paid for a ‘daily fee’, so in principle I should be able to park the car till late afternoon, but they told me not, it is my choice to check in late and they cannot do anything to extend my parking till late afternoon. I asked them if that is the regulation, they should put that down clearly in the description and inform the guests in advance, particularly those international guests who might have another interpretation about the ‘daily fee’. At the end, they allow me to park until 2 pm which is too early for me and I need to change my plan at Seattle completely due to the parking issue. In conclusion, the general attitude is they are sorry if the guest has any problem, but they can’t help much!!!!!"

"The hotel location is good. The hotel room is clean. That's all. There is no microwave in the room. There is no water service. There is no water boiler. The staff usually don't even say hello when they see each other. They are doing construction in the lobby, so I had to check in on the 2nd floor, which was crazy. There are no drinking water or makeup sinks that are usually installed in the lobby. The elevator is only operated once per person, probably because of construction, so it's challenging to take a suitcase on it during check-in and check-out times."

"I like this hotel. Nice pool. Restaurant is good. Wonderful shuttle service. The only weird thing is the rooms are so dark. They have a few lamps but it is kinda hard to see at night. Also, not a lot of.extras in the rooms. No pens, water, etc. But overall a decent, clean, affordable place to stay near the airport."
