"We were here last year and decided to come Back because of our past experience. This year was even better. When we arrived for cocktails at Scirocco Bar we were greeted with a friendly “welcome back” from Karola and she brought the kids their favourite mocktail that she remembered from our last trip. Francesco and Elia always treated us with a sincere smile and the best disposition. We love the Verdura and we love watching sunsets from the Scirocco Bar, but we will always come back for the people."

"We had a 7x night stay at this traditional Hotel, just perfect for us. The hosts were lovely, always there to help and advise, very good English as well. We were very well looked after. Our room was really clean and comfortable, so peaceful, with great views. We had the half-board option so not only was the breakfast delicious and plentiful, the evening meals in the chosen Restaurant were great as well. All in all nothing to complain about. And Angela was beyond helpful! She actually escorted us to the commune to find his great grandfather’s home. She and her son Mario spent so much time with us helping us. Not only did they help us find his maternal great grandfather’s home, but also his paternal grandfather’s home in Augusta. They both went above and beyond and we are forever grateful!"
