"Heinä- elokuu 2026 täynnä moskeja Huoneita, ravintola ja baarihuone. Huoneita on suuri terassilla mutta ei hoidettu, sängyt ovat muuttuneet 7 päivän 10 yöllä, koska me lounaat. Illalla vastaanotto sulkee 19 max, ja 21 baarin sulkee, joten ei ole enää ketään, joko korttipeli tai mene huoneeseen. Aamiainen on hyvä, mutta meillä oli puoli eläke, joka sisälsi : raaka vihannesten buffet Ensimmäinen yksi ( ilman vaihtoehtoja) Sekunnin yksi liha tai toinen yksi kasvis. Yksi makea (kaikki päättää heistä). Mineraaliveden 5 euroa litrassa vettä ruuviini 2 euroa litrassa ( häpeällinen). Minulla on koira, mutta en ollut mukanani. Hotellissa luki jopa 9 koiraa, jotkut jättävät ne huoneeseen aamiaiseksi ja siksi he huutavat, ettet pysty nukkumaan, meillä on se, mutta se ei ole mitään hyötyä. En palaa takaisin, en suosittele sitä, ellei iltana ilman ruokaa."

"Täällä työskentelevät ihmiset panevat lisäponnistukseen ja se maksaa. Koko alue on todella hyvin palvellut - kävelejä merkkejä on suuri, uskomaton näkymät (kuten odotat), busseja ajoissa ja todella upeita paikkoja matkalla pysähtyä ja syödä."

"I was in 2008 with my fellow in this hotel, I was looking at the photos and forgotten to review it.. the place, the Val Senales , is beautiful.. so the hotel already buys score.. Great parking in front of the hotel, very spacious rooms, clean and ordered ... nice bathroom in the room, let's say functional. The view from our room was a good one of the other hotels, since the val senales is mainly hotels and mountains ... with ice skiing.. nearby there is also a beautiful road to walk. The discreet staff and excellent kitchen, also for me that I don't eat anything ... excellent structure, beautiful also to see out"

"Too many negatives for a hotel that claims to be a 4-star family hotel. Wi-Fi never worked, with the staff constantly telling us they'd contacted the relevant authorities to fix it. No evening entertainment for children (so don't call it a family hotel), just a squalid mini club, staffed (and only that) by lazy and unprofessional entertainers who never paid attention to the children. The pool was cold and at the mercy of barbaric hordes of rude people, without a lifeguard or anyone to enforce the rules. A separate (negative) note for the catering. The dining room staff was completely inadequate and improvised, incapable of enforcing even the most basic rules of good manners. Even though the tables were assigned (with room numbers), my family and I changed seats four times, without apologies or the protection of waiters and maids. In fact, these individuals (unsuitable for the role) laughed at us, inviting us to go to other hotels!!! Service and cover charge were on par with the worst campsite/canteen. Food was plentiful but of mediocre quality, with no typical South Tyrolean dishes. It's a shame because the place is worth it, but the facility deserves a two-star rating, to be generous."

"Hotelli oli OK. Pieni korjausruoka on huomattavasti ylimääräinen . Restaurantissa kuitenkin ilmaantuu jotain. Maku ja ennen kaikkea paikka ruoka oli todella hyvä. Aamiainen oli myös klassinen. Ystävällisyys ja palvelu ovat täysin ensiluokkaisia. "
