酒店非常近薩爾斯堡中央火車站，設施新淨，房間整潔，床非常舒服。但是在設施上有很多不足，沒有雪櫃，房間沒有枱凳，房間燈光比較暗，花灑水壓不佳，沒有水煲煲水要到地下取水。

Nice and clean hotel. The only pity thing is not fridge & kettle in room (need to pay extra for it).

三人入住，沙發床是自己鋪的，checkin的時候工作人員也沒有告知床單被鋪藏在哪裡，沙發床怎麼打開，純靠自己摸索，房間很小，浴室也很緊湊，噴頭水流很捉急，優點是離火車站很近，出站步行兩分鐘就到，房間窗户都能看到月台，而且每天有免費蘋果在前台可以自取，飲用水也是供應的，但不是常見的瓶裝水，是玻璃瓶裝的，喝完回收玻璃瓶繼續裝水供住客在前台自取，有普通水和氣泡水兩種。

酒店位置10分好就在車站行兩三分鐘就到，搭火車搭巴士都10分方便。附近更加有很多餐廳。行去舊城區二十多分鐘都可以到，當然也可以坐巴士。 酒店乾淨，服務員質素在歐洲嚟講都算係好好。

酒店員工非常親切，酒店整體較新，離火車站步行約7分鐘可到，提前到可以寄存行李在行李房，刷卡自行存取，方便且安全！

地理位置是很好，但是房間真的一言難盡。面積不大，沒有桌子…燈光也比較暗。不是特別喜歡。

出行很方便

ザルツブルク駅からすぐのところにあり、利便性は非常に良かった。 ホテルから旧市街への観光は、ザルツブルクカードを使用して、ザルツブルク駅から出ているバスを乗り放題でした。 チェックイン前は、一人のスタッフがカウンターにいたのみで、他のお客さんの対応をされていて、私の番まで時間がかかった。その後、夕暮れまで時間が減っていたので、荷物だけ預けて観光に行きました。 また、チェックインの手続きにおいても、このサイト予約をして個人情報はある程度入力していたはずなのに、再度ホテルのシステム登録を私が入力する手続きになっていて、時間を要しました。1泊だけだったので、限られている観光時間を有効に活用したかったため残念でした。 部屋については非常に綺麗で好印象でした。よくある部屋のお水はペットボトルではなく、チェックインカウンター横にある瓶入りのものを自分で部屋に持ち帰るスタイルです。ecoを考えられているホテルなので、なるほどと思いました。

Room is a bit congested for 3 person's stay but the location is perfect. Walking distance to the train n bus station, shopping mall n restaurants.

Poor service. Early arrive around 12pm told me early check in need pay extra $euro15 or store luggage charge $4euro. I was very surprise this hotel have early check in rule and store luggage still need to charge. I travel more than 30 countries and stay so many hotels. This is the first time encounter such charges. Just to remind any tourist want book this hotel better recognise. In this app it show luggage storage is free. I think trip.com should something to this hotel for providing fake information. Please see the attach capture. Really dissappointed with their service and will never stay this hotel anymore.

The hotel is convenient, clean and stylish. The temperature and supply of the water in the bathroom is steady. I would like to stay here again.
