Good hotel, not the best view but ok overall

Very old hotel with very old furniture, as location there is only the view on river which is nice but the rest it’s completely disappointing. Staff not that much profesional afterwards the price it’s extremely huge compared to what they are providing. This hotel it’s not deserving 4stars and I will not recommend you to go to their restaurant ( loubnane) specially during the weekend as obliging clients to pay buy menu 350mad by person then to take a drink such bottles ( it means it’s a kind of variety foods on tables no more for starters then only one small plate to share on the table for all persons sharing the same table). I will add that the foods for breakfast not that much big variety. I will recommend the hotels like Sofitel, Amphetrite (in shkirat city) or hassan tour hotel rabat ) with same price of this hotel. You will find the general manager all time in lobby, or one pool neither the restaurant smoking all time but more observing clients instead of observing the staff to improve their skills. Then the last point , please be careful to the pictures of rooms and the title, because I was paying 300€ for a room with very poor quality of bed, bathroom then carpet in floor without talking about noise in street afterwards then bad smell of canalization. If you want a very good room which is premium with high quality it will need to add a cost of 120€ (as I did), means 2 nights costs in this hotel 420€. Have a look on the room with the view what I attached. Only the rooms in second floor with view on the pool whom a bit more interesting in this hotel but too expensive.

Amazing and clean

Parmis les meilleurs hôtels. Propre. Jardin très bien entretenu. Je n'ai pas aimé seulement le shour qui n'était pas du tout à la hauteur : sandwich thon, 3 dates, yaourt,2 viennoiserie.

Un séjour sublime magnifique l'accueil top la propreté le calme le service restauration top tout est parfait notre suite est juste wow ❤️🇲🇦

Very good hotel in a good location

Great property, coffee and other light food very over priced, but overall enjoyed the stay, little noisy at night but the views the room and the balconies amazing, definitely will use this hotel again

Staff are super amazing the place so nice receptionist are brilliant and Imane at reservation was so helpful and also room service and house keeping staff very friendly overall loved our stay

Tres beau hotel Chambre tres spacieuse et propre Calme les jours de la semaine (hormis samedi car bruit de boite de nuit) Personnel sympa souriant Tres belles vues J'ai adoré le petit déjeuner Les repas déjeuner et diner sont super cher

Le quasi seul point fort de cet hôtel est son emplacement face à l'opéra de Rabat au bord de la rivière bouregreg et la très belle vue de la plupart des chambre, la piscine semble belle également. Mais globalement le rapport qualité/prix est mauvais (200eur/nuit). Le service sans sourire, la carte de la chambre démagnétisée 3 fois. Le room service qui raccroche quasi au nez et qui n'apporte pas la commande. Le burger au restaurant médiocre et le petit déjeuner passable.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hotel Dawliz Art & Spa in Rabat, Morocco, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. One of the highlights of my stay was the exceptional spa. The treatments were truly rejuvenating, and the staff were professional and attentive, ensuring a relaxing and indulgent experience. The spa facilities, including the sauna and hammam, were top-notch and contributed to a sense of complete relaxation. Dining at the hotel's restaurant was another delightful experience. The cuisine was exquisite, offering a wonderful selection of local and international dishes that were both delicious and beautifully presented. The breakfast buffet was particularly impressive, with a wide variety of fresh and tasty options to start the day. The hotel's location is also ideal, offering easy access to Rabat's main attractions while providing a peaceful retreat from the bustling city. The views from the hotel, especially those overlooking the Bouregreg River, are simply stunning.

Just got back from one of the best holidays I have ever been on the hotel and staff were all lovely, the food was amazing and the hotel was very clean and beautiful. I ready looking to go back, can’t wait to book to go back to Morocco everyone made you feel welcome and at home. Most definitely my new favourite country ❤️🇲🇦🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿
