Well equipped kitchen, clean rooms and enough space for families. Breakfast was not served despite hotel was full and would expect credit cards terminal to work in touchless mode too. Reception is not operative 24hrs a day.

Excellent emplacement dans le Carré d'Or pour cette résidence exceptionnelle et idéalement située entre plage et centre-ville et où nous avons nos habitudes, on recommande!

The location is great the studio is fully equipped with all the needed utilities. However, the floors were not clean, the room didn't provide slippers, so I walked in the floors with my bare feet, I can feel the floors dusty🫤

The location of hotel is good, just in front of the beach. Staff were not so nice and helpful , we booked one king size bed room, but they prepared for us twin beds room. And after our discuss, they still didn’t want to change the bed or room for us, they gave us mattresses, which was smaller than bed, and I should arrange the bed by myself. The bed with was very uncomfortable. Another things was ok. Please be aware about check in and check out time, because its not normal one. Check in 17:00-19:00, check out 8:00-10:00

J'adore mes séjours dans cette résidence. Elle est très bien située, proche du centre ville et de la gare sncf. Cette résidence est très bien entretenue et le personnel est au top, très professionnel, très sympathique et toujours soucieux du bien être des résidents

호텔 주차장이 있다고 해서 숙박. 비성수기임에도 불구하고 주차비 있음. 한국에서 주차비 내라고 함 욕하지만 프랑스라 이해함. 길거리에 노상 주차 가능한 곳이 있으나 호텔과 거리가 멀고 불편해서 주차비 내고 이용함. 호텔 시설은 세월의 흔적이 느껴짐. 욕실도 깨끗하나 드라이기가 에러. 드라이기도 아닌 청소기처럼 생긴 것에서 바람이 나옴. 뭔지 모르겠음. 주방 시설 깨끗하고 그릇이 많아 요리 가능. 주변에 볼거리가 있긴 있으나 소박함.

Could have been amazing A nice property which could have been amazing with a little more investment and upkeep. For example, there is a glamorous salon with view of the ocean, however it was not clear how to turn on the light, and the personnel could not say. Finally we found the hidden light switch ourselves. The pillows are not comfortable There was a whole lot of commotion upon our departure involving the fact that we left the dishwasher to run the dishes before leaving, as we dared to have breakfast. However the location is convenient and we enjoyed the pingpong and billiard on rainy days. I wish someone would dust up this old gem.

Importante struttura d'epoca Il primo sguardo alla facciata del hotel- meraviglioso. Storica ed importante struttura di fronte al mare. Comoda cucina, ampia camera, bel bagno. Non mancava niente. Unica pecca - presente parcheggio al interno, ma a pagamento. Manca presa per le auto elettriche.

Parfait Très bien, c’est la deuxième fois que nous séjournons dans cet établissement. Propre, personnel sympathique et très bien placé. De très bon tarif hors saison !

Résidence parfaitement bien située entre centre-ville et plage et magnifiquement bien agencée dans un décor luxueux et confortable de style victorien, Le personnel est toujours agréable et bienveillant, on s'y est à chaque fois très bien accueilli. Vivement notre prochain séjour.

Superbe résidence hôtel en plein centre-ville. Absolument splendide. Calme, grand service (bravo à la réception), propre, prestigieux. Vue sur la mer incroyable. Et un rapport qualité prix très intéressant. À refaire certainement. Mériterait une étoile de plus !
