"Good for early flight traveller. It's very near the airport. They provide free pickup from the airport (not need to book, just wait at the hotel shuttle place where is located in between the arrival of Terminal 1 and 2, after the taxi stand) The instructions about this pick up wasn't clear in their description. When I check out , the front desk didn't offer the option if I want to take the shuttle service. I was waiting at the entrance for around 20mins. I asked the front desk if the shuttle is coming, then she told me have to book first. But have to wait the next round, every 30mins will have 1 shuttle service. Conclusion Pick up from airport: not need booking Drop off at airport: have to book and pay $8 Swiss French (although they indicate $6 Swiss French in their website) Free shuttle service if you book directly thru their website."

"The front desk service was quite passive-aggressive. When I was checking in, I was on the phone, and they told me to hang up. The next morning when I was checking out, I asked for a taxi, and they told me to go stand by the hotel entrance and wait. It might have been a misunderstanding, but having two such incidents consecutively during check-in and check-out, both with the same person, made me feel quite uncomfortable. Oh, and it was a male receptionist."
