"The air conditioning did not work properly. I believe it was the smallest room I have ever had, our suitcases had to be placed on the floor and we had to move the chair to allow the to fit on the floor, because they would not fit on the luggage rack. We stayed 3 nights. The second day our bed was not even made up. The breakfast was good but extremely limited."

"Parking was great, once we found we could drive straight in and the barrier would rise! Additional parking very close by but not required. Greeted in a friendly, welcoming manner. Room adequate for sleeping but no cups for coffee in room...paper cups provided which are no good for re-use. Accidentally spilt a second coffee as hadn't realised cup had failed. Result was stained sheets for our three night stay: not changed by morning clean through! Breakfast was excellent and sufficient and location ideal for Rouen Cathedral and other historic places. Only bad aspect was that, due to the proximity of the Seine, many mosquitos made their way into the room and we suffered many bites. Instead of opening window, utilise the air conditioning or take repellant."

"The apartment itself is lovely and in a great location. The main issue is with the lack of communication and service of the management company. We were advised that we would be met at the location by the consierge for the key and we had confirmed this by phone the previous evening. Only after we arrived did we notice that a very late message had been sent saying that no one would be available to meet us and that we would have to return to the train station to pick up the key! We had to almost beg to have someone from the office come to finally deliver the key. Departure instructions were vague and we were not advised that we needed to unlock the main entry before depositing the key in the mailbox. As a result in a panicked state we had to awaken a neighbour at 0630 to let us out in order to catch our taxi to the station."

Friendly staff at the reception, a code to open the front door after nine o’clock, and free parking below the hotel. You do need to make reservations for the car park as there are only a few spots available. The hotel is situated in a no-car area though, so we needed a card to enter the area, a bit of a hassle but we could take out our luggage in front of the hotel. Nice rooms, small but clean; breakfast sufficient."

Aamiainen oli myös herkullinen! Lähellä kauppoja, Cathedral / kirkot ja paljon tylsiä ravintoloita ympäri. Haluaisimme ehdottomasti jäädä tänne uudelleen ja suositella perheelle ja ystäviä jäädä tänne myös!"

"Most importantly: security issues! This morning, a strange man entered our room, as if by mistake; we don't know how he opened the door! There are no glasses, kettle, slippers, or napkins in the room. I had a cold and needed hot water for my medication. One staff member was fine; he told me to fill it up from the coffee machine. Then, another night, another staff member rushed up to me and said that water wasn't allowed and that it was only for breakfast. The breakfasts were okay, typical for a small hotel."
