"I spent three nights here during my three-day trip to Rome, and it was an excellent experience. This hotel is definitely underrated, with not many reviews on Ctrip. **Service:** The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming when we checked in. They greeted us every time we entered or left the hotel, or whenever we encountered them. We arrived early at 9:30 AM, and they allowed us to store our luggage and even took us to breakfast. The night before our departure, they called to confirm if we needed a taxi reservation. **Breakfast:** Breakfast is included in the room rate, and you absolutely must try their semi-buffet breakfast. It's from a Michelin-starred restaurant and tasted fantastic. We were very satisfied with breakfast every morning, and the terrace restaurant is beautiful. **Room:** The room size isn't large, but that's typical for hotels in central Rome, so it was acceptable. The room itself was clean and tidy, with housekeeping twice a day. They even neatly coiled our charging cables. **Ambiance and Location:** The overall decor is quite nice. The location is also very convenient, making it easy to walk to nearby attractions. We must have passed the Trevi Fountain dozens of times during our walks over these few days."

"Minulla oli kaunis oleskelu Leon’s Place! Huone oli kaunis korkeat katot ja erittäin mukava kokonaisuudessaan. Se voisi saada hieman melua aikoina (tankka seinät, luulen), mutta se ei ollut valtava kysymys. Tämä hotelli on todella korostettu henkilöstö niin ystävällinen ja tervetullut. He todella tekevät oleskelu tuntuu erityistä. Sijainti oli kunnollinen. Se on noin 15-minute kävely Termini asemalle ja hieman kauas päänäkökohtien kuten Trevi Fountain, mutta siellä on bussipistooli vain 2 minuuttia kaukana, joka tekee super helppo päästä ympäri. Aamiainen oli OK ei paljon lämmintä ruokaa vaihtoehtoja, mutta pastorit olivat mukavia. €22, tunsin se oli hieman ylihintainen mitä saat. Jos se oli lähempänä €10–15, olisin ollut se useammin. Toisaalta illallinen oli herkullista ja oli suuri lajike. Hotelli tarjoaa myös ilmaisen kylpyhuoneen (jacuzzi, sauna, höyryhuone), joka on suuri lisä. "A mid-range hotel with a great location, 400 meters from the Flaminio metro station. It's spotlessly clean and overlooks the courtyard, allowing for a great night's sleep. Cons: the shower stall is small and lacks a shelf for toiletries. We had to place everything on the floor, making it difficult to bend over due to the lack of space. There was also no bottled water, which I found unacceptable. We had to search for water in stores that were already closing when we realized we didn't have any in the room. "Terrible stay, absolutely awful experience, I truly don't recommend anyone come here! First off, the room is incredibly small, feeling cramped and claustrophobic, making for a very uncomfortable stay. Definitely avoid this hotel in the summer; the air conditioning is completely useless with almost no cooling effect. It was stiflingly hot all night, making it impossible to get any proper rest. The curtains have terrible light-blocking capabilities. Streetlights shine directly into the room at night, making it too bright and severely affecting sleep. I couldn't get a good night's sleep at all. And the breakfast quality is even worse for words. There's a pitifully small selection, and all the fruit and bread were stale, greatly reducing the taste. Even the in-house coffee machine wasn't working properly, completely ruining the dining experience. The bathroom design is highly impractical. The sink basin is too shallow, and the water pressure is extremely high. The moment you turn on the tap, water splashes everywhere, easily soaking your clothes. The counter space is tiny, with no room to even put basic toiletries, making it incredibly inconvenient to use. Overall, every aspect was unsatisfactory. This stay was extremely disappointing. I won't be coming back, and I advise everyone not to make the same mistake!"
