Majoituspaikan vastaus: Hey there! We're glad you found our location near Termini train station convenient and that you had a good time in Rome! It's true, our quadruple rooms are cozy, but they've got everything you need, including a private bathroom.And while you're right that there aren't any supermarkets right next door, there's actually a great one just a 10-minute walk away! It's perfect for stocking up on snacks and drinks. Of course, with all the amazing restaurants around, who needs to cook? 😉We're also happy you enjoyed our casual public area and the Yellow Bar across the street. They're great spots to relax and meet fellow travelers.Thanks for the review, and we hope to see you back in Rome soon! 💛

Being located inside a beautiful historical building does come with its quirks, and unfortunately, that includes a slightly outdated elevator. We understand that this can be inconvenient, especially if you have heavy luggage. We'll definitely take your feedback into consideration and explore options for improving the elevator situation. In the meantime, we're glad you found the stairs to be a quicker alternative!We're also sorry to hear that you found the reception staff unfriendly. We strive to provide excellent customer service, and we'll address this with our team to ensure a more welcoming experience for all our guests.You're right, the area around Termini Station can be a bit challenging, but we're glad you felt safe overall. We're constantly working to improve the safety and security of our hostel and the surrounding area.Thanks for the tip about earplugs! They're definitely a good idea for light sleepers in any city.
