Hotel in posizione comodissima a due passi dalla Stazione Termini , dalla metro ! Super comodo per chi viaggia in treno . Abbiamo lasciato le valigie al mattino, prima del check in e il giorno dopo aver fatto check out! Personale gentilissimo. Al mattino ci hanno fatto trovare due brioches appese alla maniglia della porta . Personale della reception super gentile e sorridente  Grazie per il bel soggiorno

The hotel is really good. The room was big and complete. The location is near a market and a station. We also had assorted croissants, yogurts, and coffee for breakfast (or dinner). :) The staff are friendly and helpful as well. We just encountered an issue finding the exact location because there's no sign outside and we didn't know that they are on the higher floor. There is also a certain time when there's no one in the reception. So I strongly suggest messaging them before going. Overall, I didn't regret booking this hotel!

Konum çok iyi yerde. Her yere yakın. Resepsiyon güler yüzlü. Odaya ilk girdiğimizde yatakta saçlar vardı. Oda sanırım iyi temizlenmemişti. Sonra ki günlerde temizlik yapıldı. Kahvaltı sadece sabahları kapıya iki adet kuruvasan asılıyor. Ama odaya her gün 3 kahve ve yoğurt konuluyor. Çalışanlardan çarşaf ve havlu istedik. İstediğimiz kadar temiz ve yeni verildi. Aralık ayında kaldık. Gece oda biraz soğuk oluyor. Extra yorgan istemeyi unutmayın.

A very good homestay. When we made the reservation, we were initially concerned about the cleanliness due to the very affordable price. However, this homestay turned out to be extremely clean, well-equipped, and the rooms had no issues with sound insulation. The value for money is outstanding.

The hotel is great value for money. It’s central, clean, and the staff is very friendly. It’s also very warm in the winter. Honestly, I think it’s really underestimated.

В целом, все хорошо: чисто, тихо, рядом Колизей, рестораны, продуктовые магазины, жд вокзал. Если комната, как у нас, будет у ресепшена, то с 8ч может быть шумновато. Стены между номерами тончайшие - слышно, как люди моются. Убираться тоже начинают рано, поэтому вешайте табличку, чтобы не беспокоили. Можно оставить вещи после выселения (которое в 10:30, что неудобно), погулять, потом перед выездом в аэропорт забрать.

Pas très bien indiqué à l’extérieur si on arrive lorsque le gardien n’est plus là mais l’hôtel est très confortable. Le petit déjeuner nous a été offert tous les matins. Le personnel est très agréable. 15 min à pied du Colisée, 30 min de la Fontaine de trévi et à 5 min de la gare

Overall a recommendable place, but please note the ground floor intercom which I had to keep pressing to reach for reception.

Trovato su Booking come camera più economica la stesso giorno del nostro arrivo (31 Dicembre). Abbastanza vicino alla stazione Termini, non ha un parcheggio privato ma lungo la strada ci sono parcheggi blu,. Lo stabile è tenuto bene, il ragazzo che ci ha accolto molto gentile, la camera dotata di frigobar, cassaforte, macchina caffè e bollitore., biancheria da bagno e ciabatte da camera. Abbastanza agevole per due persone tranne il bagno molto piccolo e senza bidet. Camera non troppo silenziosa vista la vicinanza alla reception e pareti non isolate. Gadite le paste fresche per colazione e la bottiglia per inaugurare il nuovo anno.

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. First, our air conditioner was not working, and the toilet kept flushing by itself repeatedly, making it impossible to sleep. I went to the reception to report the issues, but the staff was unhelpful. The man I spoke to suggested we stay the night in these conditions and said maybe something could be resolved tomorrow. I was left with no choice but to search for another hotel. I have video evidence of everything that happened and will certainly be sharing my experience online. The service here is awful, and I would not recommend staying at this hotel to anyone. You can modify it further if needed, but this format includes all your concerns clearly!

First of all a big shout out to our host/lady on the check in what a lovely women so helpful and the nicest person I met during my time in Rome. Room was clean modern and the air conditioning unit worked brilliantly especially because I came in July and it was peaking 31/32 degrees. Was provided with water bottles everyday aswell as coffee and fresh yogurt and also they supplied us with fresh pastry’s every morning during our stay overall it was an amazing stay and I couldn’t of picked a better guesthouse. Thanks for helping me and my wife make memories and I’d highly recommend this place to everyone and anyone.
