"The hotel location and landscape is top notch for this region. Kids friendly - the indoor playground was amazing! We enjoyed the great service from the staff, especially Ms Xiang, who was very warm hearted and helpful. Can not expect the hotel to be a real 5-star compared to the well developed tourism places, some areas of improvement: many people still smoke inside the facilities - including the public hot spring area, swimming pool, even the hotel lobby. Some of the facilities inside the room are not well maintained - be sure to check them and request for fix or change the room if needed. But for this area, I’d highly recommend this hotel for family stay and a very relaxing experience at a reasonable price."

"虛谷天沐温泉門票2張:還挺好的，這個套餐很划算！唯一的缺點就是沒有電梯！其他還挺好的，早餐也不是很。。整體來説還挺好的。而且前台另外一邊的接待台有個女的跟我欠她一百萬一樣，態度很差，一個勁的往前台推，叫我去旁邊前台問去，難道不是一家嗎？還是旁邊的小姐姐熱心腸。"

"We really enjoyed our experience at Fengduo W Hotel. The hotel is very well situated (in front of a food market and near Century underground mall). Lobby (5th floor) is massive and clean. Our room (7th floor) was spotless and spacious. The hotel was evidently recently renovated, the detailed finishing work is nice. Our breakfast was a chinese-styled breakfast (eggs, stir fry, congee, dumplings, treats, espresso and juices). Check-in and check-out was seamless, and overall a good experience."

酒店位置絕佳，在海拔800米多的山上，涼快。環境很美，特別日落。在景區裏，但爬白馬尖還是要購票，是爬山的最佳選擇。早上吃過早餐，爬山，下午下來洗個熱水澡舒服，再休息一個晚上，不錯。早餐質量不錯，晚餐點餐稍貴，但口味不錯。由於酒店範圍大，分幾號樓，去餐廳也需要爬坡，長者腿腳不便的，慎選。門口有停車場，拎行李到自己住的房間也是一件苦差。行李多，可以讓酒店用用行李車帶過去，但我去那天，下雨路滑，坡度大打滑，車不能用。沒辦法，自己搬行李搬了幾次。離店時是酒店行李車拉上去的！自來水的確黃，酒店貼了提示説是雨季山泉水原因，不影響健康。個人覺得洗澡沒問題，喝還是喝瓶裝水吧！也遇到不少評論提到的前台服務生硬的問題，建議改進，學會如何和客人溝通，其實人還是不錯的，給我升級了房間！還有不知為何在進門口後不遠右邊圈養了雞，餵雞的食物在夏天一股餿味飄來，經過這裏時好好的空氣受影響了。總之該酒店環境位置絕佳，很喜歡，但管理需要加強，不要浪費這麼好的資源！
