"Pros: Excellent location close to the railway station and a large shopping mall. The design is modern and impressive, with smart home features even in the bathroom. Cons: Only one elevator working in a 22-story building led to long wait times. My non-smoking room smelled heavily of smoke even I requested it while booking. Overall: If the elevator and cleanliness issues are resolved, this would be a top-tier modern hotel."

"Very reasonable and comfortable place! Staff 815 helped us. And everyone is super helpful. They also offer free printing, provide complimentary tea time in addition to a breakfast. It’s a steal for this price! As a Jiangmen local I also like the location as it’s easy to get to anywhere."

"Our stay at the Mandolin was comfortable! The reception was friendly and helpful; ice, water, and tea were readily available at the reception for us thirsty travelers. Beds were comfortable, air condition was wonderful, and the motion sensor lights during our middle-of-the-night trip to the restroom was very helpful! Love this intelligent hotel. Places to eat and shop are close by, and the China Qiaodu Museum of Overseas Chinese was just a 6 minute walk away. Another important thing is that the hotel reception is located on the 21st floor of the Jiangmen Hexing Plaza."

"I stayed here for 4 days and was sick for 2 of them. This was the cleanest room on my trip, I never saw a single fly or ant or bug or anything on any of the days. The pillows and bed were very comfortable. The front desk and cleaning lady were very kind and quick to respond to any issues. Be warned that the kitchen here is literally just a sink and a fridge. It advertises a microwave but you have to ask for it from the front desk. It took me a while to learn how to use the thermostats to keep the room warm. The projector tv is outside in the living room so you can't see it from bed, which is a shame, and there is no light above the living room couch where the projector is either so you can't do writing or typing there."

"Choosing this hotel was a spontaneous decision, but it ended up being a delightful surprise. It even made me decide to extend my stay at 3 a.m., and I convinced my friend, who had already booked another hotel, to switch to this one. We arrived in Jiangmen at 12:30 a.m. and found that this was a brand-new hotel. There were ample parking spaces in the two underground garage levels. The entire staff, including Jason, Bella, Susie, William, Coco, and others, provided us with a very welcoming service, truly making guests feel at home. The lobby had a welcome spread of fruits and drinks, and it was clean and bright. The room layout was well thought out, spacious, and tidy. The hotel amenities were eco-friendly without compromising on luxury. The breakfast was nutritious and delicious, even making someone like me who doesn't usually eat breakfast have quite a bit. The staff were warm, sincere, and genuinely listened to guest feedback. Both my family and friends agree that this team has greatly increased our affection for the Poltton brand. Jiangmen is traditionally known as a home for overseas Chinese, and many come back to visit their families. I must say, the hotel's family-style service model was refreshing and made a great impression. I've already recommended it to many of my overseas relatives and friends. I sincerely wish you to keep your original intentions and continue to improve. Keep up the good work! 选择这家酒店是一个临时起意的决定，没想到却带来了很大的惊喜，甚至让我在凌晨3点决定加定一晚，并让原本已经订好其他酒店的好友也改定在这里。半夜12点半才到的江门，发现这是一家全新的酒店，地下两层车库有充足的停车位，全体工作人员，包括Jason，Bella，Susie，William，Coco等一众员工都给我们提供了非常welcoming的服务，确确实实让客人感到宾至如归。大堂会有欢迎入住的水果和饮品，干净明亮，房间空间布局合理，敞亮整洁。酒店用品环保又不失高档的感觉，早餐营养美味，让不爱吃早餐的我也吃了不少。工作人员热情、诚恳且虚心聆听客人的反馈，我和家人朋友都认为这个team让我们对铂顿这个品牌攒足好感度。江门本来就是侨都，会有很多来自海外的华人回来探亲，可以说这家酒店这种家庭式管家的模式让人耳目一新且好感倍增。已推荐给身边一众海外亲友。真心祝愿你们保持初心，越做越好。加油！"

"Beach access is nice, but cleanliness can be improved. There are no shower or changing facilities. Breakfast was below average, with limited variety and options. The standalone cabin was a little dated but well maintained. View from the room was awesome, and having a bathtub was a huge plus. The creek and waterfall surrounding our cabin were great."
