"We had a great time in the bright resort for our weekend bike trip round Qiandao lake. The room was big, the view was very nice and having the hot springs after a long day on the bike was great. It was very clean and the breakfast was ok considering the overall price. Service was very good, we had some special requests because of our bikes and checkout-time which was super easy to align with the front desk. We directly got the contact of 温柔大哥欧耶耶 who was super nice, answered super fast and really gave us the feeling she want to make our stay special and welcoming. Thanks for a great weekend"

Hotellissa on täydelliset palvelut, mukaan lukien 2 sisähuvipuistoa, biljardihuoneita, pöytätennishuoneita, kuntosaleja, uima-altaita, yksityisiä kylpyjä sekä shakki- ja korttihuoneita, ottaen huomioon kaikkien perheenjäsenten tarpeet. Hotellin palveluhenkilökunta on lämmin ja huomaavainen, mikä saa sinut tuntemaan olosi kotoisaksi. Ulkoilma oli vieläkin parempi, ja tuurilla pääsimme näkemään sekä kirkkaan taivaan että sumun peittämän Qiandao-järven.Se oli unohtumaton matka. Suosittelemme tätä Crowne Plaza Qiandao -järveä."

"Hotel is in a good location near the lake and docks for boat trips. It has a good sized pool but limited sun loungers. There’s a bit of building work going on around which disrupts the views and makes it noisy. We booked a lake view room but couldn’t see the lake because of the work going on. They did upgrade us to the executive suite which was very large. The problem was the AC was weak making the room warm and there’d been a water leak causing a stain on the ceiling. I’d not be happy if I paid for the room but the upgrade allowed us a great lake view. The breakfast is good if you like Chinese style food but not very western. Overall I’d stay again but choose a different room as the benefit is the location and the good sized pool."

"The room was very comfortable and spacious for the family of 4 of us. Unfortunately the weather was against us and rained everyday whole day during our visit and couldn’t go do sightseeing by foot. The “guest bathroom” drain was releasing a very unpleasant stinky smell throughout our visit. Highly recommend to spend a few RMB and buy the drain smell problem solver (see picture attached). Promise it will solve the problem!! Installed it in all our apartments where we lived in China that had the same issue. Our daughter (and us) enjoyed the playroom even though the a/c systems did not allow warm air to heat the room (setting was on hot= 35 degrees Celsius, high speed, but never went over 15 degrees Celsius). Cleanliness could be looked at, lots of human hair lying around. Reception could possibly take an English course to accommodate non-Chinese speakers, but the language translator came in handy. Breakfast was mainly Chinese like. But good variety, shouldn’t go hungry."

"房間挺乾淨，酒店在景區裏，車子理論上衹能停大門口的停車場，但很多車都開進去。這裏要吐槽一下景區的物業，門口的保安大叔好大的官威，我車停大門口兩分鐘，掃了車牌也進不去，按了喇叭也沒人開門，也沒人來問，以為上廁所沒人，最後我老婆下車看到保安亭裏的大叔氣定神閑的在喝茶，問了為什麼不開門，回覆説你又沒下來問。該景區想進去，必須要下車請示保安大叔的。"

"比較安靜，山上環境還不錯的，早上可以走一走。還能點上外賣到大堂，需要接駁員送，要等一會，但是對於不愛出門的我們真是太好了。非常謝謝前台的婷婷小姐姐幫忙準備東西，非常貼心及時，前台也有販賣機東西挺多的，因為最近酒店在改造,所以餐廳搬遷了東西比較簡單沒有我需要的Whiskey聽説好像是暑假要開恐龍🦕主題的親子樂園。江對面就是古鎮開車去5分鐘就到還是很方便的。偶爾晚上需要用車，也是隨叫隨到。陽台蠻大的很敞亮，但是最近梅雨季節衣服不好乾，酒店沒有洗衣機就不太方便了，希望酒店增設洗衣房，方便一點。好了下次再見吧。"

"We are expats living in Shanghai and we were amazed at the facilities at Wonderland and the exceptional service from staff we received! Everyone was so helpful and friendly and welcoming and we would return at our earliest opportunity. Our son enjoyed the various areas for kids especially in nature. The pool is kid-friendly and the resort is gorgeous and serene! It’s a must visit for families/couples wanting to escape the city!"

"We chose this hotel primarily for its promise of a secluded, nature-connected experience and its on-site hot springs—a perfect antidote to busy city life. The room was warm, cozy, and wonderfully quiet. The bed was big and incredibly comfortable, ensuring great sleep. The bathroom was spacious and well-appointed. The best feature was the house's layout—separated from others, it felt private, secluded, and truly integrated with the natural surroundings. It was the peaceful haven we needed. The hotel territory is vast and beautifully maintained, perfect for calming walks. The dining experience was excellent: the food was tasty, presented in a clean environment, and offered a satisfying variety. Unfortunately, the main attraction became a source of stress. The culture of quiet, therapeutic relaxation expected at a hot spring was completely absent. The most visitors were behaving like they are in a public swimming pool, with yelling and kids jumping, splashing, and running around. This chaotic atmosphere made it impossible to relax or enjoy the springs' intended benefits. It felt like a disaster for anyone seeking the tranquil, restorative experience hot springs are known for. Despite the hot springs issue, our overall stay was very nice, thanks to the superb room, excellent food, and beautiful grounds. The core product—the accommodation—is outstanding. I will definitely return, but I will plan my visit for a much less busy period (perhaps weekdays or off-holidays). If you are seeking solitude and quiet, I highly recommend the rooms but advise cautious timing for the hot springs. This place has all the ingredients for a perfect retreat; you just need to find the right moment to enjoy them fully."
